Great customer service
I bought this keyboard for my 7 year old daughter for her beginner piano lessons through the Lets Play Music Presto program. It worked amazingly well for the first 6 months. And then it randomly stopped working. We tried batteries, we tried different power cords. Nada. I emailed the companyâs customer service and they got back to me within a day requesting pictures and a video showing it not working and we tried some troubleshooting. I sent them a picture trying to get it to work with brand new batteries and the pictures of the different power adapters we tried.They were AMAZING. They sent us a replacement product that arrived fairly quickly and my daughter was able to continue to practice her music.

Advertised a Stand with the keyboard and did not receive the stand nor can I find a stand that will fit this, sound quality is not great especially with headphones. With headphones there is roar of static that is always heard. The keyboard stand is wobbly and the keyboard slides around on the stand because of the plastic on metal. The keys are an unnatural feel compared to a genuine piano and the keys are smaller, if you are new and just want something to mess around on, I still would say buy a different one.The seller contacted me and was very helpful throughout the process. They were very accommodating and provided many solutions to fix the issue.

Abysmal all around
I made the mistake of jumping the gun on this keyboard without doing any research on its quality. A constant buzz can be heard from the speakers while it is on. If you opt for using headphones the buzz becomes more pronounced. The provided headphones were very uncomfortable to wear for long durations and if not for the volume control built into them, I would advise to simply ignore them and use your own. I attempted to connect the keyboard to my pc by using the provided usb-c connector however it would seem it only works with mobile devices or specific pc applications as my pc did not recognize it at either an audio source or a speaker. I wouldn’t recommend this keyboard to anyone as it sounds awful and will never serve any purpose outside of privately practicing.

Not going to last long
Bought this 10 months ago. Had the first one replaced, speakers didnât work. customer service was great and replaced it quickly. The second one, the headphones didnât work but I had other ones so that was fine. But shortly after the return window closed the aux plug and headphone plug started to go out and get very scratchy sounding. Now at 10 months old, the speakers are going out. Would not recommend if you want to use it often and keep it a long time.

“Weighted” keys are terrible
The package seems like a good value, but I would not recommend this keyboard to anyone. The way they chose to “weight” the keys feels totally unnatural and unlike any real piano. It is more difficult to press than a real piano, which makes the keys sometimes not sound if you don’t get it all the way down. Even before I turned it on I knew I wasn’t going to keep it because of how the keys felt. I would recommend a completely unweighted keyboard before I recommended this. If you want to save your hands/arms from tendinitis, don’t buy this, save for something better or get an unweighted keyboard until you can afford something properly weighted. The 2nd star is just for the bundle.

Hab mir das mit halbherziger Erwartung gekauft. Meine Ansprüche sind sowieso nicht die höchsten, aber DAS würde ich nichtmal nehmen wenn mir 20 ⬠in die Hand gedrückt werden mit dem Satz: Mach es einfach nur kaputt. Das Schwarz weiÃe Ding hat einen klingt, als würde man 12 Katzen gleichzeitig am Schwanz ziehen. Die Tasten sind Wahrscheinlich aus dem 3-Drucker und der Anschlag fühlt sich an als ob man an der Fahrradkette hoch und runter wippt. Jede der âverschiedenen Piano Soundsâ klingt absolut Identisch. In der heutigen Zeit wo sich Männlein Weiblein nennen darf, wundert es mich auch nicht, dass sich dieses Plastikstück auch âE-Pianoâ nennen darf. Nehmt etwas mehr Geld in die Hand und kauft euch etwas gescheites.
