Psychological rave!!!
This documentary accurately represents life in general as well as the pressures of being an astronaut. I found myself drawing natural thoughts and relations between what they face and we face on the day to day. It was nice to see the work that NASA has done to promote mental wellness in the field; as well as bring the importance of family and their well-being full circle as well!

Gripping and intimate
A captivating documentary that delves deep into the psychological complexities faced by NASA psychologists and astronauts during long-duration space missions. I was especially taken by the resilience of these individuals as they navigate the challenges of isolation and loneliness in the vastness of space. I highly recommend for anyone interested in the human psyche and our innate ability to overcome adversity.
