Fantastic Mixer From A Generous Company
I love this product from Presonus. How many times do you feel great about the company you buy a product from? Not all that often. PreSonus just does it all the right way. Besides it being a great mixer for music, Podcasting, anything you want to throw at it, they give you so much free software it is absolutely incredible. They are generous it’s incredibly well priced, and I absolutely love that it is also pretty easy to use. Good tech support when needed too. Great company and a great product.

Professional Audio Recording on a Budget!
I had been making music in garage punk bands since the early 90s, but was never able to figure out how or get the tools to record multitrack audio for mastering. That was until I bought a StudioLive AR16c 18-channel mixer.With this sweet digital/analog hybrid mixer, I can record and edit in Studio One and master music. Indeed, with the StudioLive AR16c, I literally have no more excuses to not make music.

Works great until it doesn’t
I have purchased over seven of these for the production of a TV show that I do for my son. He was seven when he started. Every six to nine months the unit starts to act up and then dies. I try to return it to the company and then it is gone for months and then I get it back and it might run for a month or two more. in the mean time I cannot be down. I have a show to produce every week so I have to go and buy yet another one. Here is the kicker. IT IS A GOOD BOARD when it works so I keep having to buy it. So if you want a good mixer it is great. but if you want it to last. this is not the best solution. Now this new one I bought this week. Is already turning off by itself and it has only been a week. So I gotta go back to tech support and I bet they are going to want me to mail it in again. I can’t have downtime. My studio runs 4 days a week.

This device is ideal for multi track home studio.
Itâs easy to use. Stable on PC (which is rare). Highly versatile. I am using it to record and mix at 96 k. I tried all the other usb hybrid mixers and this is the most ideal for my use.

Poor quality and terrible customer service
I purchased this soundboard in April 2023 for my online ministry. Since this was a new experience for all involved, it took time and a learning curve to get all the pieces together to stream our services. We were ready to go live and used the soundboard for our first live stream on July 9, 2023. It worked well until August 20, 2023 at which time the main fader no longer controlled the volume. Just touching the fader button without sliding it, caused the in-house volume to spike to an unbearable screech. We were unable to control the in-house volume at all, having to keep in-house sound off altogether.I contacted Amazon as this product is still under warranty. They advised that the return window was closed and I was to contact PreSonus. I have attempted to contact PreSonus both telephonically and by email through their website using the details that Amazon provided me with. PreSonus never responded to my email and did not answer their phone â only leaving me to listen to information about their products on the phone line.I returned to Amazon advising them that I could not get any response from PreSonus, but they have stuck by their stand that the return window is closed and I have to contact the manufacturer. They have made no move to help me in this regard.This has been a disappointing experience to say the least. One would not expect a $700 soundboard to work for only a month. Neither would I have expected that customer service would be so poor from PreSonus or that Amazon would support such a seller on their platform.Buyers, please sort the reviews by date order rather than the default “Top Reviews” order. I wish I had done this before purchasing this soundboard.

I use this mixer to record and edit my own and clientsâ podcasts. It works flawlessly. This is my second PreSonus mixer as I upgraded from the AR12 to the AR12c.

All good except the short stupid little 2 ft usb-c cable
Came in good condition, however I was extremely disappointed in the very small 39 inch USB-c cable ð. At a minimum this should ship with a 10ft cable IMO. So far this is my only criticism.

Kurz: Alle beworbenen Funktionen machen genau das, was sie sollen und was man von ihnen erwartet.Die Verarbeitungsqualität von Gehäuse, Potis und Tastern ist okay. Nach inzwischen 2 Jahren Nutzung, sind ein paar Potis (auffällig bei Pan) etwas schwergängig geworden, funktionieren aber trotzdem noch gut.Ich hatte zum Teil ziemliche Probleme mit der USB Verbindung zum Computer. Ständig ist hat sich die Verbindung neu aufgebaut. Teilweise ging es über Tage/Wochen gut, manchmal gab es alle 60 Sekunden einen Reconnect.Die Lösung war sehr simpel: Das mitgelieferte USB-C Kabel hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Anderes Kabel -> Alles ist super.Beim Funktionsumfang vermisse ich eine Post Fader Einstellung für den einen Aux Ausspielweg. Dieser ist fest auf Pre Fader konfiguriert.
