This is my first time ordering a refurbished iPad so I wasnât sure what to expect. It didnât come in a box but it was packaged safely in the hard bubble wrap. It powers on and works just fine. Got it set up for my grandparents and it does everything. Comes with a charger as well. It is an older iPad so it only has ios 15 but thatâs okay. No physical damage.

Surprisingly Good Quality for Renewed!
I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this renewed ipad.I couldnât find any scuffs, scratches, or dents on the entire device and I looked it over VERY carefully. The battery was at 96% health when it arrived which is also shockingly high for a renewed device.There hasnât been any issues with using it either. It setup just like a new device right out of the box. No problems with low quality screens, the touchscreen works flawlessly, and all the buttons have the snappy new feel to them still.The only way I could tell the difference from this iPad to a brand new one is the box it comes in, and more importantly, the price I paid for it!

I haven’t used Apple since before the Mac, hence a large learning curve for me. And I hate Windows for what it has become. Yes, I am a Geezer relearning a new system. Hint, I am older than Biden by over ten years. This resetting passwords, or going back some fifty years asking me about my first car, or the city in which my Mom and Pop met us utter nonsence! They are touching back to the Apple II GS days! I bought one and three days later, no software was available. Why? Try the Apple Mac. There is your answer. The local school system bought into the II GS and were stung by the loss. I know of the school hit, my wife was a teacher there, hence my purchase. Oddly, I gave my son the reluctant computer and he worked it out. He still is an Apple maven. Judge for yourself, reader, if I am being fair in my judgement. As a sidenote, I hate Microsoft for what they did after MS 100.

This would be almost perfect condition but someone dropped the ball.. the headphones jack does not work..there is something stuck in it..Otherwise no cosmetic issues, works fine..but where is the app store?Would purchase again.

I was looking for an iPad to replace an old one which had died. I dont need a current state of the art new one, so a used one seemed sensible. If you look really hard you can see some minor signs of usage including a tiny hole in the corner of the case. As one might expect, the battery needs topping up if it gets some heavy use. Good value for money!

After going through my own iPads, I wasn’t sure how a refurbished would look. These looked brand new! The battery had last been fully charged in June (according to the logs) and it was still at or above 50% upon re-opening. We managed to get them on sale for $239 but considering you can use iPadOS 13 on these, GREAT value considering later models were going closer to $400. If I had to pick up more for an office, I definitely would.
