Wow! I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger because of some of the reviewers on here saying they got a terrible renewed iPad… I can assure you that the one that I received was in overall 4.5/5 condition. The screen looked brand new, and even the rest of the body didn’t appear to have any sort of defects. The cellular connection I’m getting (Ting Mobile, baby) is as steady as my cell phone (I was a little worried that the cell antenna in these wouldn’t be of great quality, but I’m happy to say it is.)I’ve never owned any iPads, but recently got an iPhone and chose this over other tablets because I know Apple retina displays are actually very nice. Colors come across as vivid. Resolution turned up to the point where you’re really struggling to make out individual pixels, and the screen is bright enough that I’m not struggling to see this in the car. And I bought this because I wanted a nice, big screen to look at when I’m in the car. One note about the display – it’s a 4:3 display rather than the more contemporary 16:9 displays of the Android tablet world. That makes this about a ~9″-9.3″ display when watching content with a 1.777:1 or 1.85:1 aspect ratio which are the standard aspect ratios for films/TV shows (which is why your TV at home is a 16:9 aspect ratio!) Back to car use, the GPS works very well alongside cellular data. There are some cool navigation apps available on Apple, plus now I don’t feel left out when there’s other neat apps for Apple that I can’t get on my Android phone. Also there are actually so many good accessories available for this thing because Apple has a small product line in comparison to the dozens of Android tablets and phones coming out each year from numerous manufacturers which equals lots of accessories with not so many reviews.I chose this specific model because it’s the newest cellular Apple tablet at this price point. As of now, it’s about 2-3 years old. The other ones I found on Amazon around the $200-300 range were as old as 8 years and without cellular, which is why I spent the extra money for something like this. I am happier than I was when I made my impulse buy which is impressive. You really do get a lot of tech for the money. A new 64gb iPad 10.2 with cellular is $459. This is only 32gb, and with a fresh install of iOS you get 23gb available to you. A little worried it won’t be enough for me, but I’ll probably manage.My only con so far is that the battery had a weird glitch. When you’re in a high state of charge, it seems to be discharging at a slow enough rate. I got down to around 40% after using it for about 4 hours after using it to stream Hulu using cell data with full brightness. Then while using it with GPS on and streaming Spotify with full brightness on, it jumped from about 35% down to 20% within a few minutes. I can’t complain too much because this is a 3 year old device about 2/3rds the price of new.I got mine from the seller “techexchangee” – came with a 5v/2.4a charger (or 12 watt) charger plus cable. Shipped in a plain box with lots of bubble wrap. Again, from the outside, I wouldn’t have been able to tell it was renewed.P.S. On Amazon, I found a tablet mount for a car using a CD player and that thing is great. Highly recommend that if you want to use this in a car. It’s the “APPS2CAR universal car mount CD slot” for $20.

Works just fine
I bought the “acceptable” version for about 120 bucks. I don’t really care about the physical look of the device as I only purchased it for work and it will be in a case.That being said, there are definitely dents and scratches on the back but the screen itself is completely free from any scratches or damage. The software and other functions of the device all appear to be working as designed.I will update this review if the thing ends up crapping out on me, but for now I would say this is a very good purchase and worth the money.

BEST CHOICE for your money!!
I’ve had this iPad for a couple of months now I wanted to be sure this was a good deal before I made a review or to see if I had to return it. When I first got it, it acted sort of slow when setting up and when updating it for the first time since shipping. After the initial updating and setting it up, it took around 2 hours in total to get all my apps and my backup from my phone on it. But I can say with certainty that this is SUCH a good product. You don’t always need the newest iPad!! I got this for college and it will for sure do the job as well as just regular entertainment. The graphics are amazing, battery is surprisingly not bad. After I got everything loaded onto it and all the updates necessary, I didn’t run into any more problems with it running a little slow. I recommend buying the “Very good/like new” option though to ensure you’re getting a decent one. I’ve seen some reviews that complain about how quick it dies and deep scuff marks but I haven’t run across those problems. Thank you so much!! Definitely repurchasing for Christmas for a gift!

Came looking basically brand new for a pretty price. had a couple of small scratches by the charging port but who really cares about that? In terms of the hardware i haven’t had any delays or slowness. even came with a screen protector
