We gave this tablet to my autistic daughter and she was immediately in love. The color, speed, and gaming works wonderfully. I would recommend this tablet to anyone.

Poor quality
This tablet has a manufacturing problem. When it is locked it automatically shuts off and takes a long time to come on, even after long pressing. When it is off and I plug it in it doesn’t always show up as charging. I just got it to turn on and the battery started dropping every 5 second.

very light weight, not the best but worth it for price. the touch is not the best. not good for writing notes but lasts really long in terms of battery life. the keyboard and mouse lasts the longest of more than 1 week without charging or changing baterries. product overall is really good for price.

Nice tablet and accessories but NO GPS as advertised.
I need an extra tablet for astronomy telescope mount control. A GPS is required for this use as location and altitude are critical. I purchased this item because it stated that it had a GPS in the description. When I tried to use it, I realized that it was not precise in location. I contacted the seller and asked about the GPS. The seller advised there was no GPS installed in this tablet. I informed the seller I would be returning the tablet.Response from seller:Regarding the GPS function you mentioned, let me explain our tablet’s “auto-location” feature.This function is achieved through the built-in Wi-Fi module of the tablet.You can connect the tablet to the hotspot on your phone, and it will automatically locate itself in applications like Google Maps.While its functionality may not be as robust as satellite-based GPS, it is typically sufficient for most applications.Thank you again for your understanding.Best wishes.

Didn’t last very long
We bought this for my son’s birthday in April. It is already “out of warranty” and the charging port pulled out of the pad. We can’t charge the pad and thus had to replace it. I don’t recommend getting this pad. The keyboard and mouse work great yet the pad was just a good selling point for this product. I won’t be purchasing this again or anything from this company.

Phenomenal Customer Service
I bought the tablet back in May and it has worked wonderfully up until two days ago, when the battery randomly failed. I reached out to the vendor, who attempted to help me troubleshoot and was timely and professionally responsive. Even with the failed tablet I am thoroughly pleased with vendor.
