A very nice tablet from a company that provides customer support.
This is the best value I have found in a tablet. The pros: Reasonable price…great extras including a nice case, a keyboard, a mouse, and a pointer.Great video..such a clear sharp picture…..good sound….battery life is surprising….charges in reasonable time and I unplug it and use it for hours….(not sure how long the battery lasts as I have never drained it)customer support through an email address that responds rapidly ( my only issue was questions about warranty) .. the warranty is much longer than the other makes in its class.Cons: I have no negative remarks. This tablet has not let me down in any manner as of yet.In summary, I would recommend this tablet. It has great extras, is easy to set up and use and provides quality audio and video and with support from the manufacturer. I am pleased.

Okay for price
This was purchase to simply read e-books. It works well for that. The fact that there was a case and keyboard was a bonus but the case is not great for holding the tablet while reading. The keyboard plugin was simple the first time I connected it, now I cannot figure it out. The price was good and the tablet works for me because all I needed was an e-book reader.

Received my tablet today, it has exceeded my expectations already. It is so nice, the picture quality is way better than I was expecting. The sound is great. It’s fast too, I love the keyboard and mouse, it’s perfect. I didn’t realize it was coming with a case too, that was an awesome surprise. Also a stylus and charging cable. It’s a great package with an amazing price. I definitely recommend it, I’ve been showing it to my kids and friends and now they all want one. I was able to set it up and connect to wifi within minutes and I’m not tech savy, so that made it even better.

Update: When the tablet suddenly froze up after 45 days and would no longer charge, this company acknowledged that there is a one year warranty and expedited a replacement. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!====================================Amazing experience so far! Much faster and more responsive than the Samsung A7 Lite I just gave away. Basically pure vanilla Android devoid of bloatware. The keyboard is suprisingly good and quite useful. I haven’t tried the mouse yet. But the touchscreen itself is all that is needed and works quite well. Display is bright and clear even at 38% brightness. Speakers are LOUD. Arrived with 100% battery charge. Very pleased so far.

Budget Tablet that has thinner screen than most (good thing)
Initially had some strange issues with very poor quality graphics in a game I regularly play but after full reset and updating to latest software tablet the graphics are okay. It is definitely a budget tablet but is worth the price for its features. It did not walk me through setup unlike another brand budget tablet I had tried but returned. I like the thinner screen on this one which makes it lighter. I also enjoy the 128k of internal storage. The sound is much better than my previous budget tablet which I really liked for its graphics and speed till I dropped it too many times and could no longer recharge it. The keyboard and mouse the Chinese manufacturers now package with most of these budget tablets were unnecessary but may be useful for others. I would rather they spent the money on improving processor and speed than on peripherals. The included cover/case is nice for now.

Checkes a Lot of Boxes!
Product way over-achieves at this price point! Lighter and narrower than my previous 10.1 in. VastKing (due to narrower side bezels) makes it much easier to confidently hold one-handed. Back material provides good grip (provided your fingers aren’t too dry or slick). Button placement is good and not interfered with when using the tablet while plugged-in charging. Display is very nice and can be used at a relatively low brightness setting day or night. Comfortable on the eyes in a dark bedroom (with some blue light filtering already built in). Color saturation is the best I’ve had in a tablet. Only nit I have so far is that while adequate for the job, the speaker volume is a bit less than I’m used to. Overall pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.The included, separate keyboard (Bluetooth) and mouse (2.4GHz) work just fine, but are very “light weight” and not a top reason for getting this tablet. They are “gravy” items, but good for backup. I actually glued 3/16 cork board to the back of the keyboard, and it feels much more substantial to use. The included screen protector is a plastic film type and should not be used. It messed up the touch accuracy on the screen. I took it off and got a 9H tempered glass protector. Now the tablet feels much more substantial and bullet-proof.
