Loved it so much I had to buy the DVD. It’s the best out of the series – Yellowstone is too violent for my tastes. 1923 is good but I like this one the best.

If you have a day to spend watch it all at once.
We were big fans of Yellowstone, but there was the whole time out. The prime day came and allowed us to buy the DVD for 1883. We couldnât wait to watch it. We started watching it and after one episode I asked my husband to stop. I told him Iâd like to watch it all in one weekend and we saved it for Saturday and Sunday. It was wonderful. It was beautiful. It was better than Yellowstone, and we loved it !!! Honestly, Iâm kind of glad we have it on DVD because we will watch it again and again. It will not disappoint. We are people who love westerns. This was one of the best ever!!!!!

Every show should have a backstory to a series. I love how Taylor Sheridan develops different eras of the Dutton family.

EXCELLENT FILM SERIES – SADLY DEFECTIVE DISCS
The stars are for the series- Excellent -BUT 1 STAR FOR DEFECTIVE DISCSLove this series, Excellent until the defects set in- Disc 2 froze up – Disc 3 sound cut out (in most exciting part discouraging to say the least. Of course lucky enough to have within refund period and purchased another just received today so later will test this set. Hopefully this is not an ongoing issue? but see others had defective discs. Make sure to test and play before refund window closes. Keep sending them back till you get a good copy and by the way they are not sending copies out as described with slip cover so VERY questionable??? Are these returned units? I’ve had that happen. Gotta watch Amazon- Sometimes they slip some iffy’s in the mix. Just watch and if it is defective catch before refund and keep returning and replacing till you finally get a good copy. Excellent film- the Best -just sad when it is defective…..Did Amazon get a bad batch?

La verdad es que esta serie es de lo mejor que he visto (tanto en series como pelÃculas) relacionado al western. La historia me cautivó desde el primer episodio, y la forma en la que se desarrolla está muy bien elaborada.Ahora, hablando de la presentación en Blu-ray, la verdad es que está muy bien. El contenido extra que contiene me hace sentir que valió la pena comprarlo. Y lo mejor es que tiene su slipcover, algo que ya casi no habÃa visto al comprar series y pelÃculas en Amazon. Eso para mà como coleccionista le da más valor agregado a esta edición.
