I purchase this product at the end of April and it only lasted less than two months while I was attaching it to the seat the piece snapped clear off the springs and now the product is ineffective. i was reading reviews and it happened to alot of people maybe a defective batch i will order another one because i really like this product.Update!! got contacted by a customer service representative and they replace/refund my Car Headrest Tablet Holder im so happy because i really love this product is the best specially in road trips!!Thank You!

Was okay while it lasted..
*Update* – the seller provided an updated version of this product to try and was very easy to work with. The new one so far works better, and we have not yet had the issue with it swinging at all on sharp turns. Updating from 1 star to 4 based on the new product, and will update again after a few months of use.* Original * We struggled with this from when we purchased in February. It was great in theory, but in practice, it didnât stay in place and would swing out if we took a sharp turn in the car. After 4 months of use, I went to put the iPad in today for a car ride and the piece that connects to the headrest (I.e. not the part I was touching) broke off, rendering the entire thing useless. I wanted this to be great, but unfortunately I need something that will last longer and clearly be more durable.For reference; we did not use the product daily – maybe once per week.
