AWESOME PHONE SYSTEM!
I have been shopping Amazon for several years and this is the first time I found myself reviewing a product before being asked after the purchase.I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! In spite of of the negative reviews which I will admit were discouraging I nevertheless took the plunge. I have used AT & T and RCA 4-line phones for about 15 years and was never fully pleased, but there were so few to choose from. The features on this phone are unsurpassed. For the money, it first seemed too good to be true. I have a small, business office with 4 employees and no one employee is greater than maybe 200 ft from each other. Many of the reviews were about the system failing [not communicating with each other] because of distance between phones.I didn’t have this problem. The system is a true winner for me! And, with music-on-hold, how can you beat it. The sound quality is VERY, VERY good. Setup is rather easy, but once completed all changes effect the other lines. Install the batteries as a power out backup and you won’t lose your settings. Some of the reviewers complained about this but probably because they didn’t install the batteries. Invest in 4 AA batteries for the main console and you won’t have that problem.I am still learning about all of the features as time goes on but so far I have had no issues and am still quite impressed overall. The product build is not cheap looking, very well engineered, and instructions are easy to follow.I also purchased the cordless headset. It is very attractive and extremely lightweight. You can’t even tell you have had it on for hours. The sound quality is very nice too. It is not tinny, voice quality is crisp, and unlike other headsets on the market there is no time delay. All of the units both handset and headset are duplex. No need for the other party to finish speaking.I could go on but I cannot think of any negative or shortcomings about this system. For a little more than $200. you get a base station, extension deskset, AND a cordless phone. For most 4-line phones you would have to pay $150-200 just for the one deskset. Need I say more! You won’t be disappointed.In conclusion, as I did my research, read the bad reviews and determine if those situations match yours. If not, then don’t hesitate. Buy it!IMHO It is the best 4-line business SYSTEM in the market!

This is a really great phone system for a small business or home
I previously had a haphazardly designed home phone system. We have 4 lines and there were multiple brands of phones and two different service providers. I had a 2 line answering system in the mix that occasionally lost messages. I picked up the Main Console as well as 2 Extension Desk sets and 4 Accessory Handsets. The setup could not have been easier. As for the features – I was very pleased. At my job we have gone through several providers and brands of desk sets over the years. This system is as capable as my current office system is. It’s great to be able to check messages on the main mailbox from any extension. Sound quality is excellent. Most of the phones in the house are in range of an Alexa device that audibly announces the incoming calls which is very convenient. You can plug in a corded headset to any of the phones which is great for conference calls or walking around with one of the Accessory Handsets. Another really huge plus is that only the Main Console needs to be plugged into the phone jack(s). This makes it easy to give all of the phones in the house access to all 4 lines without having to have a physical connection. All each extension needs is to plug in to an outlet. This is a terrific phone system!Update 7/19/2021: After having used the system for quite a while, I can again attest to the fact that this is an excellent integrated system. I’ve added some additional extensions and am extremely happy with this system.

Only buy new.
I bought this phone in February 2024 and 2 of the 4 ports have shorted out already (as of 6/24/24). Huge disappointment. I ordered from Maadjax. The phone was “like new” as listed. I recommend not buying this phone unless it is brand new. The fact that it was not new was not worth the savings of buying over new. Otherwise the phone is OK. Not as nice as the Cisco phones I used previously for my business.

Overall, I am happy with this unit. The two things that really bugs me is when you go through the call history, it does not display which line the call came in on and the directories cannot be shared between extensions! If you are OK with these limitations, then this unit is great! If you can’t, then this model/series phone is not for you!
