Supplemental therapy tool!
I love this. It’s a great tool to pair with talk therapy-especially for those sessions you aren’t exactly sure what to talk about. Offers some great reflections

Easy to read…crappy paper
I haven’t really gotten into this book yet, but what I have seen makes me excited to start. The only reason I gave it four stars, is the quality of the paper. It’s the gray stuff that reminds me of newspaper, but I don’t even think it’s that good. Since this is a journal, I see this as a really poor decision on their part. I would have gladly paid more for the book to have pages that can handle a highlighter, writing in the margins, and simply completing the journal.

Everyone should do it
This book really got me started on understanding myself, letting go of things I didn’t know I was holding on to and opening up to bigger better things. I highly recommend giving it a try.

A Powerful Tool for Personal Growth
I recently started using “The Shadow Work Journal: A Guide to Integrate and Transcend your Shadows,” and it has been an incredible journey of self-discovery and personal growth. This journal is a must-have for anyone who is interested in delving deeper into their subconscious and exploring their shadows. The journal is beautifully designed and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various prompts and exercises. Each section is thoughtfully crafted to guide you through the process of shadow work, helping you uncover hidden aspects of yourself and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, beliefs, and patterns. What sets this journal apart is its comprehensive approach to shadow work. It covers a wide range of topics, including childhood wounds, limiting beliefs, fears, and unresolved emotions. The prompts are thought-provoking and encourage deep introspection, allowing you to confront your shadows and work towards integrating and transcending them. I appreciate the journal’s emphasis on self-compassion and non-judgment. It creates a safe space for self-reflection and encourages you to approach your shadows with kindness and understanding. The journal prompts are designed to help you explore your shadows without feeling overwhelmed, providing a supportive framework for growth and healing. One of the things I love about this journal is its flexibility. You can use it at your own pace and revisit previous sections whenever you feel the need to dive deeper. It’s a valuable tool for ongoing self-reflection and personal development. I have found the shadow work exercises in this journal to be transformative. They have helped me uncover deep-seated patterns and beliefs that were holding me back. Through this process, I have gained a greater sense of self-awareness and have been able to make positive changes in my life. Overall, “The Shadow Work Journal” is an invaluable resource for anyone on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It provides a structured and supportive framework for exploring your shadows and integrating them into your life. I highly recommend this journal to anyone who is ready to embark on a transformative inner journey.

Great Workbook
Initially, I was skeptical when a friend recommended this book, but after purchasing it, I realized it’s wonderful. The exercises in the book can help you uncover previously unknown aspects of yourself. Additionally, the accompanying app, available on Google Play and Apple, provides a convenient way to capture insights that arise even when the book is not at hand. I would recommend this to anyone seeking self-improvement and guided meditation.

Ehhh
Not as great as people make it seem. Doesn’t really make you reflect on much, reading and doing this workbook felt like answering a general questionnaire about yourself. The parts where you have to fill in the blanks don’t make much sense

You need to try this

The content is great, but the quality of the book is terrible, but it’s not so cheap that it would come torn and the pages would fall out.

Normally I find these kinds of things collect dust. The most valuable part of this journal is the final section for ad hoc working on triggers in real time. I’ve already learnt so much about myself just by completing a few exercises. It’s worth the price if you really want some insight and are ready to have an open mind.

The cover is literally so glossy and beauitful, i love the black and white. The pages look amazing and i love the prompts and all of them. I love the reading part too, really gave me some new insight. This book will change me and i cannot wait. Only thing i wish was there was more exercises where we didn’t have to write because i loved those 🙂
