Do you have big dreams, but every time you try to fight for them, you end up distracted, tired, and unable to keep pursuing them?
It’s not your fault.
We live in a world designed to steal your focus and kill your motivation.
Billions are being spent to capture your attention and make sure you’re spending your time and money on someone else’s dream instead of your own.
What would you be able to achieve if you could just focus on what would make your life better with never-ending motivation?
It is possible.
You can reclaim your focus and motivation and unleash the full productive power of your brain.
And when you do, you’ll be shocked by how much you can accomplish in a week, a month, a year…
In today’s distracted world, it is the ultimate unfair advantage.

No more feeling guilty for procrastinating.
No more feeling like your precious time is slipping through your fingers without you having any control.

A little heavy on jargon but it is neuroscience
I found the content to be heavy on jargon at times and ironically found my mind wandering while I was trying to learn about building more focus. The tips and strategies laid out in the books are sound advice, and I would recommend the book to anyone that wants to learn the science behind the topic and not just a how to guide.
Christiaan Hofman –
GREAT Book or books.
It delves into neuroscience for a brief moment, but it is well worth the more technical aspect of behavior attached to the science behind it. It is a pill to read, and it touches on a lot of topics like breathing, habits, motivation, nutrition, biohacking, biases, the pathway and projection areas of dopamine, and fallacies. It is an extensive look into the mind and its processes. It is well-written and well worth the money.

Great tips!
I enjoyed reading the wisdom between these pages–the areas the author touches on are so essential for us to pay attention to, especially with the fast-paced world we live in. The book has excellent ideas for focusing better and creating better habits to increase productivity. There is a lot of information on how our brains work and how we can pay better attention to our “CEO.” Great read!

It’s a great resource. It has tons of information on how our brains work and the neurotransmitters they produce that affect our overall productivity. However, even though I have a science background, I found certain sections a bit overwhelming to read, so if you don’t have solid knowledge of the human brain, it might be a bit difficult to read. Overall is a handy book (almost like a manual) and has several great recommendations on mindfulness and cognitive training exercises.

This comprises two books in one. Very interesting and thorough overview of how motivation is sometimes drained and why. I enjoyed the section on analysis paralysis which is something which we deal with more and more in this information age. Some good advice to improve ones mental well being which is tested daily with our decision making processes.
