High Hopes, Misleading Listing, SIM issues
Updated 2024-11-17:Through troubleshooting with the manufacturer we were able to identify a faulty bit of hardware. While the original issue with the description was discussed and is still a complaint, the issues with the hardware were resolved by the manufacturer after diagnostics. Overall, the replacement unit does what is expected of it, and works well with both SIM slots on 4G LTE connections.A quick note: The SIM turns this into both an internet-connected tablet and a phone (granted, you’ll want a headset if you want to have private calls).Original Review:I ordered the M10 Tablet for two reasons: I wanted an Android tablet, I wanted something with connectivity options. When I came across the M10, it fit exactly what I thought I wanted….Then it arrived…I’m going to start with the cons this time. So the issues I have with this tablet are simple and straightforward:- The listing on the page when I ordered it was misleading. It indicated that the tablet had 5G capabilities. After getting it in and setting it up, and re-reading the listing multiple times, it finally became clear that it was 2.4 and 5 Ghz, not 5G.- The SIM card slot for SIM1 did not work. I tried for ~ 30 minutes before contacting Customer Service. While speaking with Customer Service, I tried the second port for the SIM connectivity. It worked. I re-tried the SIM1 slot with the same SIM card. Still nothing.- Hard to find a case- Android 13 with no known path to Android 15Pros:- Android 10″ Tablet – It may be Android 13, but it’s still relevant.- Easy to use- Works as a Phone as wellI’ve got a SIM card from RedPocket in it and have tested a few things so far. It’s not horrible, but it’s definitely not something I’d want to carry daily without a case. Overall, I’m ok with how it works, I just was very displeased with the way the listing presented it, and the non-functional SIM1 port.

Decent tablet
This tablet is a good overall tablet. There are a few issues being a non name brand tablet. Every once in a while it will just lock up and need to be restarted. The battery life is great on it. I am able to use it for about a week before needing charged. The screen is the perfect size and it performs well. The picture quality is a little lower than that of a name brand tablet.

Great tablet!!! Definitely get this one
I have been super impressed with this tablet. Everything works so nicely. The touch screen is super responsive. The operating system is fast and doesn’t lock up. The camera on this tablet is amazing. I like how big the screen is. My only complaint is there aren’t a lot of cases for it. But other than that it is a great tablet for a great price. I use it everyday at work and at home. The battery life is really good as well.

This is a great tablet. I find it very user friendly. It’s easy to set up and navigate. It has clear picture quality. But the sound quality isn’t the best.Update 11/15/2024Although I barely used this tablet, it has completely stopped working. I can’t get it to come on at all.

This tablet is amazing for the price. It works very nicely. It’s fast and you could keep as a side hustle. If you have free time, we can use this too watch youtubemovies because it’s big enough for you to enjoy and you can even use it class to write your notes down overall if you compare the price, it is perfect and I would recommend this to everyone!
