Do not buy. UPDATE
I would like to give an update to my initial do not buy review. The initial review was due to the battery not charging after 30 days of ownership and the slow processing speed for watching movies and playing games.I was contacted a couple of days after writing the review from the company. They stated that the issues I was encountering was unusual for the product I purchased and even though the 30 day return window had closed they offered to refund or send me a replacement tablet. I graciously accepted the replacement tablet, but to my surprise they offered to replace it with an upgraded tablet with 2 in 1 android 13 with a 10.1 inch screen. This has a storage space of 128 GB and 4GB+4GB RAM.It’s refreshing to see that there are still companies who operate with honesty and with Integrity, for this reason I am going to change the do not buy to buy from this company, great customer service, can’t go wrong from buying from this company.I will follow up on the new tablet in 30 days.

Awesome tablet for the price
I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. She had a smaller one with a broken screen, so I wanted to give her an upgrade but not spend a fortune since I knew it may get broken. I also invested in a screen protector and a case for her. When it arrived, I was surprised to see it came with a case. Maybe the description indicated this, but I didn’t see it. I would have still purchased a case for her because she wanted a “fun” one, but the case it came with would have been fine otherwise. It powered right up and the display was bright with defined graphics. Functionality is the same as pretty much any Android, so she was able to start playing games and watching videos right away. I purchased the 2 year warranty as well because I felt is was well worth the price.

Slow tablet
I feel that this product is not very good. It takes a long time to turn on comes with no directions and is slow to charge. The battery does not hold a charge as stated in description. So basically if you want something with a good performance spend more money and get better quality. The size is perfect for me and color doesn’t matter to me I feel that I should have spent the money for more quality

Fair waring they are holding my Google account hostage.
I needed a tablet to do some light things, like YouTube, and an eReader. This thing will barely run the Shoen Jump app(comics), and don’t get me started on video apps. I only tried a few apps before i decided this thing was junk. If it cant run a simple reading app; I dont know how it will run anything. I have eight year old phones that runs laps around this thing. The specs listed have to be misleading. I didn’t put the effort in to figuring out what this thing has. The wifi is slow as Christmas. The ereader app took twenty minutes to download in the same room as my router. Part of me thinks there may be malware on it. Due to the poor performance. The kicker is I started the return process and now the tablet won’t turn on at all now. I need to remove my Google account info, but I can’t because it won’t turn on. Just save the extra fifty bucks and get something from a reputable brand. It will last lot longer and actually run YouTube. The fact that I can not log out is very concerning. It really does seem like they are holding my account info hostage. Avoid the potential malware that will steal all you information.
