    Neat little tracker
I’ve not used a Fitbit or like device and mostly use just my phone for tracking. This seemed to be able to put my phone somewhere safe while exercising and still get the numbers.Functions:- Step Tracking – Unfortunately, being a ring it is on your finger so typing or scrolling can artificially get your steps in. I recommend taking it off to avoid that if you are using it to track steps/day.- Sleep tracking (deep/light and time) – Seemed to work pretty well. I usually sleep pretty well so I couldn’t tell if the deep vs. light sleep was doing what it claimed but it looks reasonable.- Heart rate (spot and averages over day) – didn’t have a way to check accuracy beyond was it higher when exercising and normal when not. It seemed to work as advertised.- Blood oxygen – stable at 99% which is what I would expect.- Camera trigger – The trigger only works when in their built in camera app so you don’t have all the functionality of the Samsung app but it does work. Sometimes is a bit more sensitive so you pick up extra photos.- Short video “control” – I found this feature had some issues. The control seems to be strictly next/last video and it is activated by flicking your finger or sweeping your hand. In YouTube shorts and TikTok it goes to the next video, in YouTube general it scrolls the list of videos up but does not select one. It seems to be always active so if you move your hand at the wrong time you are on to the next video. I don’t know if the ring has any way to pick up touches on the outside or anything but an “arming” move outside the on/off you can do in the app would be nice.- It integrates with your phone to do location tracking and estimate calories and such. The software was actually fine. I was expecting a prototype app hacked together with either lots of foreign characters and instructions or a ton of ads. Neither is the case. It installed fine on a S24 Ultra and functions are mostly icon based. I’ll include some tips at the end.Sizing is going to be important on this one I think. I ordered a 12 and it fits loosely on my ring finger, well on my index finger, and tight on middle. When loose it did not pick up heart rate quite right and may not have been sleep tracking.

Outstanding! Perfect replacement for, or addition to, a SmartWatch
I love this little “smart ring.” It tracks steps, measures heart rate, checks blood oxygen levels, calories and various exercise activities.I wanted it especially for the steps counter, which helps me track not only steps, but also various exercises that I do that have rep and time goals. There are only a couple of drawbacks, and these are so minor that they won’t affect the rating at all.First, the good stuff: It does all the things that I mentioned above, but also lasts a good long time on one charge! Next, it’s every bit as reliable as I’d need it to be in its count. I have ways to verify that and it was spot on in its tracking. Now, for the drawbacks: Assuming you’ve measured your ring size correctly, then if the ring is an effective means to the goal of losing weight, it’ll become looser and looser as time goes on. And this is not a ring that can be re-sized. You simply have to pay attention if the ring gets looser.Next, the ring seems to decide to stop communicating with the app at about 20% charge. That strikes me as plenty of charge life left to be able to keep working with the app. But, as mentioned above, it took a good long time to get to that 20% from 100%! Hence, also as mentioned above, that’s hardly a reason to dock a star from the ring.Personally, I use this along with a smart watch — the ring on my right hand, and the watch on my left wrist. That way, I can also compare the information from one with that from the other.Next, unlike a smart watch, you HAVE to use the app to get any information from the ring. Of course, given how a ring is, this is built in to the form of it, and is not a drawback. Especially since the ring is so much easier to use than a watch. That’s the trade-off for the great convenience of the ring itself.All-in-all, I LOVE this smart ring! And at around $100, the price for this one is very, very reasonable!Recommended.

    smart ring is ok
I want to say this ring is great but I’m not totally impressed. I have a Fitbit smart watch and will probably just stick with that. When reading what the ring was capable of it said this “Blood Pressure Ring Connect to your phone with one click Bluetooth” this was the main reason why I ordered this. I have used the ring for several days. One day it showed no sleep. which I did sleep and another it didn’t show the proper sleep that I had. I would say if you wanted very basic information this would be the ring for you. Unfortunately I’m not impressed with this, You will get the basic info so if you’re happy with this this is a ring for you.

Functional and helpful for keeping track
I ordered this ring, hoping it would help with tracking some of my health data. The ring doesn’t come in half sizes, so I ordered up – I usually wear a 9.5 size ring, and the 10 fit fine. (I would rather have it a bit looser rather than too tight) I ordered the black and it actually looks pretty nice. There is a dulled silver band in the middle with the black (more like dark grey) material covering the outside and inner band of the ring. The ring itself is very minimalistic, which I love. It is very light, and so far pretty durable. I was concerned with how light it was, and that it was possibly made with a plastic, that it might easily get damaged, but I have had no issues so far.The ring uses it’s own app, which synced fine on my iPhone. (You will need to keep bluetooth on) In terms of health data/tracking, it tracks steps, sleep patterns, heart rate, and blood oxygen level. You can also set it up to take pictures (through their app), and “short video control,” but I didn’t like these and preferred not to use them.Charging is very easy – and you know it’s charging as the light is “red,” and done charging when it changes to “green.” Overall, it does a great job and I really like that it’s simple and straightforward. I have kept it on for showers, washing hands, exercise, and putting on lotion or using antibacterial gel, and it’s never been an issue. It’s very functional and a great tool for tracking health.
