Perfect for 3 year old
The quality of this game is great. I love that itâs made out of wood. The back of every piece has the name of the animal so it adds to the educational value. My 3 year old prefers open ended play so it wasnât surprising that he didnât use this toy for its intended use, however, the game is not difficult at all. It also doesnât take up a lot of space.

Great puzzle
My 2 year old love this. He loves fishing so I thought this was perfect. He still uses it and he’s almost 4. It helps with letter recognition. You can teach colors and numbers as well.

Good Gift
I bought this for my 2 year old who we are trying to teach the ABC’s to. She loves fishing for the letters, but being a 2 year old means that we have already lost about 7 fish that we’ll end up finding in all sorts of corners of the house. It also is a little difficult for her to actually get the fish to connect to the magnetic rod because there is only the one small magnetic piece to connect to. However, this can be a benefit because it helps with hand-eye coordination. The only other thing I’d mention is that a couple of the fish that are still with the game already have some cracking on them, and while I know my little one is hard on toys, I feel that it shouldn’t have splintered in less than 2 weeks.Overall this is a good gift for a 2 year old, but would be great for a kid a little bit older who won’t enjoy throwing the pieces more than learning to ABC fish!

My boy loves this fishing game. The puzzles are cute and magnet is strong. Size of the puzzle is also right for toddler. This set allows my boy to learn his ABC and the name of each fish that he caught. Besides fishing, my boy also enjoys matching the shapes and play with just the puzzles . Fun game for toddler!
