Good if you have no prior estate sale experience but nothing for a more experienced professional
I bought this book based on the marketing message of being the do-all & end-all for both novice and experienced estate sale professionals. However, if you have been in the business for a few years there is probably nothing new here for you and at almost $40 for the book I had expected to learn at least something from it. Again if you are just getting started in the business you may find this book helpful but for myself as a licensed auctioneer and experienced asset liquidator it was not the best investment.

Overpriced and loaded with ‘filler’…So bummed out.
I’m so bummed out. I ordered this book hoping that it would have some great material and be worth the $40+ for some valuable information, but unfortunately this book is just loaded with common sense information and filler material to add pages to the book. There are exactly 90 pages to this book and the information and actual writing goes to page 50, everything else after that is even more disappointing than the text. For those of you who read the reviews and truly value them, let me save you the trouble and avoid paying the costs I did, avoid this book. It truly saddens me to have to write that.

If you know nothing about Estate Sales, this book is for you
Not a bad book, but the information was very basic and more common sense then anything else. If you are thinking of starting an Estate Sale business with no prior experience, this is a good starting point.

Very poorly written. Not very informative. It is written in short phrased thoughts. Like a bunch of noted ideas put together. Huge letters to make more pages to make up for the lack of information.
