This is my first time ordering something refurbished, was nervous I wouldn’t get what I ordered. The phone came in wonderful condition! Definitely noticed some minor ware and tear from the previous owner but thing egregious. Charging port works but I did notice it would sometimes stop and start charging. Could be a number of reasons for that though. Will keep an eye out for Cell4less the next time I need an affordable phone!

Not Good
Phone screen cracked about 2 weeks after getting the phone. Woke up one morning to a cracked circle in the screen. Nothing fell on it or touched it. Not sure why. Service goes in and out constantly. Apps don’t work properly.

Perfect Price, Perfect Device
The device arrived with only one small, hardly noticeable scuff on the back which was much better than I was expecting. There were no scratches on the screen or sides, not even a micro scratch. Amazon delivered on their promise when they said the device would be inspected to meet their standards. The only other thing I noticed was a very slight screen burn in, it’s so slight that it’s not noticeable unless you are purposely looking for it while looking at something white. Overall, I would recommend this to someone who needs an upgrade or a temporary phone on the cheaper side.

Still cool, but get the ultra instead
This Is a nice phone, but it is not modern enough for a gaming photo editing or entertainment enthusiast on mobile. Do get the ultra version instead; it is much more powerful, has a bigger and better screen, and is one of the few still usable Samsung phones with expandable storage that is not an A-series phone.

Lo compré desde Abril de este año, ya casi acabando Octubre estoy más que satisfecha, es un increÃble equipo, me llegó con estética del 100% (tenÃa todavÃa los plásticos pegados como si fuera nuevo, 0 rayones, 0 golpes) sin problema para la red Telcel, rápido, fluido y con una cámara excelente, realmente corre cualquier aplicación sin problemas, bendito sean los 8GB de RAM. Es un teléfono muy eficaz y con una bateriq excelente,rinde todo el dÃa a pesar del uso constante y la pluma es un gran plus, sirve como herramienta extra por ejemplo para al cámara, estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra pero debo reconocer que tuve muchÃsima suerte. Ha resistido golpes duros y caÃdas y sigue a la perfección, equipazo estoy mega feliz!

El equipo esta en excelentes condiciones, después de 3 semanas de uso no he tenido ningún tema.La baterÃa esta como nueva, he tenido el equipo en uso continuo y al final del dÃa queda en 40 o 50 % de baterÃa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Las cámaras ni hablar excelente toma tanto en principal como frontal.Solo el envio que tardo un mes en realizarse, solo es cuestión de esperar y dar seguimiento.

El teléfono llegó bien, aunque la presentación fue un poco malaria ya que venÃa en una caja sin nada más que protecciones burbujas y una bolsa inflada, el teléfono es el note 20, funciona de maravilla pero al ser reacondicionado puede llegarte de mejor o peor forma, en mi caso solo tenÃa un pequeñÃsimo desgaste de pintura en la parte donde se carga y tiene un problema de pantalla fantasma en donde están los botones de acción (atrás, home, aplicaciones) y en donde marca la baterÃa, pero sinceramente en mi caso son lugares que nunca me van a arruinar la experiencia, de hecho se camuflan la mayorÃa del tiempo, por el precio no me pareció algo malo
