Multi touch zoom in and out does not work on 2 separate phones.
I bought 3 of these.The first a few weeks earlier. For my daughter’s birthday. When trying to get it activated there was a problem with the place to connect the SIM card and we needed to buy another phone for her to get it activated.I decided to re-purpose that phone for something that I don’t need a SIM card.I thought it was a decent inexpensive phone for that use so I purchased two more.Both have the same problem with multi touch and I cannot zoom in or out (think google maps or images).I am keeping the first one since it works for what I am using it for but am returning the other two.The value would have been great if they worked.Battery life seemed typical for the stats.

My other review that they didn’t post this way better but suffice it to say the phone works very well and it was very compatible it does not have a fingerprint scanner as it says. Otherwise the phone is awesome this was more eloquently stated in my first review that they wouldn’t post for some reason

Problem
Phone gets extremely hot. Can’t connect with many callers. Drops calls daily. Would return but I am older and apps are on phone. Battery life extremely short.
