Great to learn how Sales works!
I’m not into sales, but I’ve always been fascinated about how it works. Sales people are always “those folks” in a company, and this book helps me to build a lot more awareness of what all goes into the sales process. I loved the chapter about metrics, and how each of them work and which are important, especially in the SaaS business which is different from traditional businesses. The author really digs deep into the SaaS sales process, and this book can be great reference for any leader who is currently leading a SaaS business or thinking of moving into one.

Highly Recommended
I highly suggest this book to anyone interested in learning about the core KPIs, main drivers, team setup and scaling (among other things) of a SaaS-based sales organization. The author describes his personal experience in an understandable manner, making this book suitable for readers of all skill levels. Customer profiles are examined, forecasting methodologies are presented, and generally useful examples are provided throughout. It is not the traditional theory book that deviates from the actual working environment, but rather provides detailed guidelines that may be applied directly in any sales situation. In short, this is a very practical book with many examples that provides accurate guidance based on real-world job experience.

A must read for entrepreneurs or small start-ups to scale your business to the next level. The authors experience, who has been through all stages of growth in many start-ups, gives a detailed description of the situations you will face along the way on your own business.Easy to read, even for non natives speakers (like myself) and easy explained concepts which may be complicated for people who are not used to them.I will start to focus on the things the author mentions in this book and make my start-up more appealing to the investors.Hopefully there will be more Volumes soon!
