Bathroom trip started within 1 hour of first dose
I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my mood or sleep. What was almost immediately noticeable within an hour of drinking was the stomach cramps and trip to the bathroom. Glad I took it at night! I can’t imagine trying to take this in the morning and then go anywhere lol.The 2nd dose I tried again… and again I waited until the evening and I only used HALF of a scoop. I didn’t have any stomach cramps or bathroom trips that evening.If you’re not a regular person (I’m meaning you don’t “go” every day) then this is a great alternative for you if you find fiber powder or probiotics don’t help enough. I would just make sure to start with 1/4-1/2 of a scoop and test it out over the weekend to see how you feel.I didn’t see a lot of reviews mention this side effect and I can tell you that this is one side effect I absolutely wanted to know about!It mixes well in hot liquid (haven’t tried cold) but does make your liquid a bit cloudy. No grit or taste was detected and I ordered the unflavored kind.Don’t be surprised when you open the jar. It’s only about 1/2 full 🙄 which seems to be the norm these days.I think the product is too expensive for what it is. You can buy magnesium powder cheaper from other brands.

I use this before studying or before a heavy lecture.When I tell you, I studied for nearly 5 hours straight and absorbed all the knowledge I mean it. My issue with it is that it tends to spike the intensity of emotions around the end of it wearing off. So if I’m happy it feels like an extreme level of happy but at the same time if I’m sad an extreme level of sad.It has no taste, I can put it in anything so it’s easy to use, and I can sleep like a baby afterwards.Overall it performs extremely well but can spike your emotions.
