Really fantastic kids tablet!
This is an AWESOME, reliable little tablet and a really great deal!! I purchased this for my 3 year old for a long road trip so I wouldn’t have to give up my phone, and she’s become quite attached to it. It uses an Android OS and you can set up using your Google account to get started downloading apps from the Play Store. The Pritom Kids app allows you to create a closed/safe “kids mode” desktop environment where you can add or remove the apps of your choosing. It also comes with a selection of pre-loaded educational apps that you can keep or remove as you choose. (Note the games within the apps like Montessori you can choose from will need to be downloaded, so make sure you have a stable internet connection for setup before you hand it over, to avoid future toddler meltdowns ;)) Loading speed is quite good and touch sensitivity is just perfect. Battery life is longer than expected but of course depends on use. Before I bought this tablet I had only tried Amazon’s tablets, which are very slow, have poor touch sensitivity, and use proprietary software (lots of subscription and commercial stuff, e.g. Disney. I really just wanted to put Sago Mini World, YT Kids, and some Chinese learning apps on for my kid but could do NONE of that on Amazon.)The Pritom Kids tablet is really just what I wanted and needed and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and customizable experience for your child!!

This tablet is a very nice tablet. The stand on the case makes it idea for kids to watch movies or YouTube videos. The battery life on this tablet is awesome also and lasts for a long extended time. It wont go dead fast which helps on long vehicle rides to entertain kids for hours. The kids app is a good feature also because it locks kids into only being able to access what the parent wants them to access. The app is also easy to use for both parents and kids.

Terrible product
Product is very laggy from the moment I cut it on, even before I tried downloading anything for my son. I only downloaded 2 apps and it kept freezing to the point I could not even restart it… I had to wait until it completely died, then recharge it, then restart it to get it to temporarily work again before it froze again. Tried returning it to Amazon… because I returned it thru Amazon returns at my local Staples(a place that processes Amazon returns- they even have an entire area of the store that specializes in only prosessing amazon returns for amazon) and not at an actual USPS store, I was told by customer service that that was the improper way for returning it and that I would not be receiving a refund for it and that I may or may not receive the product back after they receive it. I am pissed. They sold me a crappy product that never worked, that they deemed 4.5 stars on their site and now I’m finding out that even though I no longer have the product because I mailed it back to them “improperly” that I’m completely out of my money and and out of the product. I had the worst customer service experience when dealing with this, was just talked over with no efforts to do anything to try and make it right, even given the fact I spend several thousand dollars with Amazon annually and am a prime member… they showed me that they do not care about any of their customers in any sense. I have heard thru the years how terrible they treat there employees, well they treat there customers just as bad. When asked to speak to a manager they too just kept talking over me and when I asked them to please let me speak, that I had listened to what they had to say, to please show me the same respect and let me speak without being spoke over, they too hung up on me. Great management team they have there. Be careful with returns when dealing with this company and please, please, please don’t purchase this tablet, it is a terrible product and you will regret it.

Great interface for children
We got this for our 3 year old and we have been super happy with it so far! Lots of different parents controls and ways to set up profiles for each kids if you have multiple. The kids app is easy for her to use and she is unable to exit out of it with out a password set by us. Only thing I wish is just that the battery life was a little longer but its really not too bad.

Good for a starter tablet
I bought this for my 9 month old daughter to watch her YouTube videos. Setup was easy and simple. It’s a nice size and durable with the protective case it comes in. My only issues are that it has a delayed response when pushing buttons or even turning to the full screen. Also the volume is VERY low.

Great first device for my kid
My son is still young, and Iâm not too keen on him having unrestricted access to the internet, nor do I want him being able to spend hours at a time staring at a screen. This was super easy to set up the parental controls, choose how long his sessions would last, what hours of the day he can use it, and what content in the internet he could have access to. There are tons of games on there, even in the most restricted settings, that are good for kids to play and learn stuff with. Weâve had it for 6 months, with no issues so far.

Tablet stopped charging after a month.Seller refused to reply to Amazon, over and over, he waited months and said product too old.I refused to except that and after months of empty promises from Amazon I finally asked for manager and reminded her that any electronic sold in Australia has to come with 12 mths warranty.So she gave me a credit.Pay the extra buy a reputable brand from an actual shop, where they stand behind what they sell.Do not buy from this seller.He is only a third party seller, which does not come with Amazon backup
