I was tired of trying to attach my big phone to one of those spring-loaded clamps that barely holds my phone in place. Came across this and it fits my needs perfectly. The twist knob at the top opens the clamp wide enough for my S22 Ultra inside the case, which worked great. I then attached this clamp to a quick release plate which allows me to attach it to my tripod effortlessly. The final setup is sturdy and worked perfectly in landscape orientation. I didn’t need to use this in portrait orientation yet but I will need to adjust the position of the phone to have sufficient room for rotation.Overall, a great value for a solid item.

Works on tripods and accessories
The one thing I don’t love about this is that there is no spring loaded clamp, but instead, it is a screw vise style clamp. It holds well and functions properly, but a spring clamp just feels better to load and unload if you are moving around. I wish it had a tilt function on it but that is nitpicking. It’s easy to adjust and everything fits well once tightened down. I’ve used it on multiple tripods, a sliding dolly setup, and a c stand and it fits all of them.

I bought this to mount on my telescope, so we can use the Sky Map app on a phone to locate & identify targets for viewing. Our telescope has a mount on the top tube that is perfect for holding a phone, but it has a standard 1/4″ tripod mounting screw, which not all phone holders have. This fit perfectly and securely.This mount has several options, including rotating the holder to both landscape or portrait orientation, and even 2 separate mounting holes for utilizing a variety of positions. You turn a screw to open the jaws of the mount in order to fit the width of your phone. I like this method because it seems much more secure than a spring-loaded mount. In the dark, I don’t want to have to deal with my phone jumping out of the mount, so I appreciate the secure grip that this provides.I am very happy with this purchase and believe that is is very securely made. 5 Stars!

What i was looking for.I use this product to attach my iPhone to a Manfrotto PIXI mini tripod to shoot vertical videos.The method of holding the smartphone in is a screw type, so there is no force required like with a spring type.Of course, this product can be used horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

I needed a couple of mounts to hold a power bank & SSD onto my phone cage. Amazon had a few for ~$50-60 each which were way overpriced. I got 3 of these instead and they absolutely did the job for ~$30 all up.

It arrived quickly in perfect condition. It firmly holds my I-phone12 Pro that is in a Commuter Otterbox case. It rotates to accommodate portrait or landscape with no issues. It attached to the standard 1/4″ bolt on my tripod and held firmly when adjusting the tripod mount to aim slightly down or straight. It is plastic construction with light weight metal threads, but it adjusted and worked smoothly without needing to over tighten. After a few months of home use it is still working without an issue. We used it for some outdoor group photos and then I discovered it was useful to take to the driving range. For the price it is what I was looking for.
