Too much trouble
The product would not load from the disc so I had to do a download which took 2 hours. I have a new computer so I would not want to see how long it would take on a old one. It’s OK but would not buy again.

It had all the features I needed. Made dozens of calenders in English and in Spanish. It was easy to use and produced great calenders. Making great money with it.O

Combination of 3 Ashampoo products conflicted with each other and my AV
I bought three Ashampoo products and installed them on my PC that never had any trouble. Everything was stable until I installed all three programs. I installed Ashampoo Backup Pro 15, and Ashampoo Burning Studio 23, and Ashampoo Photo Commander 17 all on the same day. They conflicted with the software that I had been using for years. Suddenly my Anti Virus failed, and other software started to do stange things. I had to reset my PC and reinstall Windows. Now I have one of the three on two different machines. I am not going to use Ashampoo Backup Pro 15 any more because Ashampoo Burning Studio 23 also has a Backup Feature.

I use Windows 11 and this adds a lot of features to my photos. You can really bring out the color, etc of your photos!

Could not activate
Could not activate software. Actually I should have read all the reviews, several people typed in the license code dozens of times in the software would not activate.

Solid editing suite with solid features
Up until recently, I was using a laptop with a HDD, so I felt as though the program lagged, or took too long to respond to commands.After upgrading to an SSD, I have entirely reconsidered my opinion. The controls are intuitive, and there are features normally reserved for far more expensive suites.I like the customization options, and the color selections are true to life, not as muted as paint/stock editing options.Great choice for professional results on a budget.

Received that item in good time and good condition. Aimed to load programme but not recognised by my on board cd player. Left it for a little while. Recently tried again but still nothing happened – tried to contact the help line but could not make any progress so gave up. Tried for a refund but by this time was out of date.Not one of my better experiences
