Long lasting and decently sized with minor caveats
Let me break down the good, the bad, and the eh of this smartphone:THE GOOD:* Huge battery. I used it for a day or two and it seems based on my usage (internet browsing, checking messages, light use of Youtube, etc), the battery drains by 15% in a day and almost doesn’t drain at all when I am not using it. I can go for a while without charging, which is what I want out of a smartphone.* Comes installed with Android 14. A lot of midrange phones tend to be one generation behind in OSes and not all of them get updates to the current OS, so i was pleasantly surprised to see this phone come with the latest Android OS. It still needed an update or two, but that was mostly for the latest security patches.* Decently sized and good build quality. It’s a little bigger than the average smartphone, but it’s thin enough to fit in my pockets and it’s not too heavy. The larger screen size makes it easier to read things. The build of the phone itself does feel rugged as it claims to be. The back has a diamond pattern, making it easy to hold and won’t retain smudgy fingerprints.* Camera is pretty good. I took a few pics and they’re pretty decent for what the phone boasts. It also has a macro option for super up close photos and night vision mode to take pics at night. They’re ok, but I don’t really use them since I don’t need them.THE BAD:* No headphone jack. While I am not personally bothered by it, I know a lot of people will swear by a headphone jack and this can be a dealbreaker. There are USB to headphone jack adapters out there at least.* No SD card slot. You’re stuck with the phone’s 256GB of internal storage. If you use a lot of apps, take lots of pics, or record lots of videos, you might want to find another phone that lets you expand your storage.* Screen near impossible to see under sunlight. If it’s a bright sunny day outside, it’s hard to see the screen even if it’s set to max brightness.THE MEH:* Almost useless custom/smart key. The phone has a red button the left that the manual dubs as a “smart key”. It’s basically a custom button that you can assign any gesture or action towards, but by default, the OS doesn’t have an option to let you customize it. There are apps out there that can let you assign a command or the like for the button.* Fixed grid size. By default, the grid size on the screen is 4×5 and it cannot be adjusted unless you use an app that lets you customize your home screen, such as Nova Launcher.* The default clock. It’s set to a 24 hour format, but it can be changed to 12 hours. The date format it shows is DD/MM/YYYY and it can’t be changed unless you want to use a different clock app.* Bleh speakers. They’re at the bottom of the phone and they don’t sound too impressive, almost tinny-like.* Fingerprint sensor is on the power button, making it a bit finicky to activate. Would have preferred to have it on the back of the phone instead.

Great phone, exactly what I expected
Had this phone for a whole week and feel confident i have run it through its paces. I got this to replace a CAT62 that lasted me almost two years, but got ran over, tough but not that tough.My must haves in a new phone.A phone I didn’t immediately have to remove preloaded programs and games I’ve never played before.Needed to be 5G on T-Mobile compatibleThe phone needs to survive my harsh work environment. Rain/Heat/Impacts/VibrationsFirst things first 100% compatible with T-Mobile 5G in Houston and surrounding areas. Most current OS, more features than they list, even an underwater camera mode, which I think is going beyond a claim of “Waterproof” to “We expect you to submerge this and use it”. . . First day I used GPS for 10 hours, played podcast over bluetooth for 16 hours and installed 37 of my old apps (Banking, food, work, messaging) and set up the phone over 18 hours. Started from factory at 90% battery at 5 Am, ran it till midnight and I got it down to 56%. . . . More battery than I could conceivably need for a 24 hour period, I tried to kill it and it laughed. It is heavy and I don’t see a lot of case options for it, but I kinda think that is by design, all a case would do is prevent body scratches on the back. I think they updated the software because you can change the time and format now, quick-key is programmable now for single, double, and long press. Comes with a few preloaded utilities, but nothing like a factory T-Mobile phone, Thank God!! I’ve put my old 32G SD card from my old phone in it just to have my files, but with this much memory it is unnecessary. Initial speed test on T-Mobile was 376mbps/65mbps and it was faster than my Nord N200 on 5G by about 30% downloading media or loading large files from testfiles-dot-org. Never worry again if you have space for that file, space for that app, or speed for the video or task, the answer is now YES.CriticismSpeakerphone is not loudFactory case is meh.The phone restricts programs from draining resources in the background without prior authorization. If it deems the program is restricting performance it simply restricts it and lets you know so you can make an exception if you want it to, but doesn’t ask, it restricts then ask after the fact. Once authorized it puts it on a safe list.In conclusion, I would buy another with no regrets, my impression is “It is the swiss army knife of phones, and even though it is large and heavy, it is worth it every day. If nothing else, in the land of $1k phones, this is a phone that will make others take a second look.

Really liked the phone but I use two sims, one AT&T and T-Mobile, AT&T works great but T-Mobile has poor signal compared to other phones

Great phone no issues
I bought this phone to replace my Samsung A54 which hasn’t been working properly lately. Probably because been dropping it a lot with a phone case. Did some research on this phone I like the spec’s. So now I have been using it for three week’s so far so good nice and heavy which I like. Screen is good sound could be better but at long as can hear the phone ring and get my notifications am good. Camera is alright needs a stabilizer if you shake it’s blurry that’s my only gripe. Interface is like my Samsung since it has Android 14 almost identical. The red on the right side has no purpose whatsoever as far as I know I have check the settings nothing to find for the key not a problem though. Finger print reader is flaking but it works. If you start in the morning at full power and say you don’t use it as much check a few emails text a bit maybe watch a video or two your battery end of the day is 92% which is awesome. But if use it a lot probably be down to 70% still not bad for a large battery. Night vision works well not sure what use for it for but I do walk around my apartment in the dark and I can see where am going. Reception is excellent in New York City so far no issues. At my job in the Bronx normally signals are weak but I get 4G at least better then nothing when normally it doesn’t work for Verizon or boost. I rate this phone five stars ***** I have T-Mobile works great. Plus it comes with a transparent case and protective film screen already put on. My sim card installed it on the second slot not the first and upgrade the phone. Love not following everyone else living with main stream models like Samsung, Apple , Motorola smartphones. This definitely different for me going to stay with it for a while.

Anche sotto la luce diretta del sole, lo schermo resta ben visibile, un aspetto molto importante per uno smartphone rugged.ð¸La fotocamera è di qualità superiore rispetto a quanto mi aspettavo. Ero inizialmente scettica, non conoscendo bene il marchio, ma le foto sono **nitide** e dettagliate, anche in condizioni di scarsa luce. La visione notturna è eccezionale: riesce a scattare foto di alta qualità anche al buio completo! Inoltre, è perfetto per scattare foto e girare video anche sott’acqua.Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è la modalità macro: permette di catturare dettagli incredibili di oggetti piccoli, una funzione che trovo particolarmente utile per fotografie ravvicinate.â¡ï¸Il telefono è veloce, reattivo e ha un design molto accattivante, pur mantenendo una solidità che solo uno smartphone rugged può offrire. Mi è arrivato con pellicola protettiva e cover integrata, quindi non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno di acquistare una cover aggiuntiva.ð¸Infine, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dal prezzo: offre un rapporto qualità -prezzo davvero imbattibile considerando le sue prestazioni e caratteristiche. Siempre he sido usuario de apple. Este teléfono es una pasada. La baterÃa dura dÃas, se carga súper-rápido; el procesador es más rápido que el iPhone que tengo y cuesta cinco veces menos. Es cierto que es pesado, pro cuando te acostumbras, es un magnÃfico teléfono . 5G, baterÃa 11.000 máh. Y es un teléfono duro y resistente . Para mi es perfecto para llevarlo a la montaña y tampoco estoy padeciendo por si se me moja o se me cae. La relación calidad/precio me parece muy buena . Y hace muy buenas fotos

Ce téléphone portable est une véritable révélation. Je cherchais un appareil solide et performant pour mon mari et celui-ci répond parfaitement à ces attentes. La batterie de 11000mah tient des jours entiers même avec une utilisation intensive. L’écran est lumineux et réactif et la 5g offre une connexion rapide et stable même en zone peu couverte. J’ai été particulièrement impressionné par la robustesse du téléphone il a déjà subi quelques chutes sans aucune rayure. La caméra de 64mpx prend des photos de très bonne qualité même en basse lumière. Le système Android 14 est fluide et intuitif. Il résiste à la poussière à l’eau et aux chocs ce qui est essentiel pour mon mari.Il l’emmène partout avec lui que ce soit en randonnée à la plage ou à la montagne. Il est parfait pour capturer ces aventures.

Ich brauchte wirklich ein robustes Handy, da ich dazu neige, meine Smartphones andauernd fallen zu lassen. Das hat mich schon mehrere hundert Euro für Displayreparaturen und neue Handys gekostet.Outdoor-Handys haben mich bisher aber immer abgeschreckt, da sie meist sehr klobig aussehen und die Hüllen eher unschön sind.Dieses Handy ist anders!Erstens ist das Design sehr angenehm und überhaupt nicht klobig und die Schutzhülle ist einfach transparent. So viel erstmal zur Optik.Da ich das Handy als Haupthandy benutze, liegt mir natürlich viel daran, dass es auch gut funktioniert und der Akku lange hält. Beides ist gegeben. Selbst bei intensiver Nutzung hält der Akku den ganzen Tag lang.Das Display ist schön groà und die Tasten sind auch mit dickeren Fingern leicht zu bedienen. Das Bild ist flüssig, die Reaktionszeit schnell, selbst, wenn mehrere Speicher fressende Apps gleichzeitig geöffnet sind.Die Kamera macht sehr sehr gute Fotos für eine Handykamera. Besonders gut finde ich den Makro-Modus für Nahaufnahmen, die ich oft mache.Aber das Beste ist, dass dieses Handy wirklich alles aushält: Regen, StöÃe, Stürze. Es ist mir natürlich gleich aufs Display gefallen, als ich es ausprobiert habe: kein Kratzer, nichts! Das ist genau das, was ich brauche.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und vergebe 5 Sterne.

J’ai récemment acheté ce téléphone et je suis absolument ravi ! L’écran est magnifique avec des couleurs vives et des détails incroyables. La caméra prend des photos d’une qualité exceptionnelle, même en faible luminosité. La batterie dure toute la journée sans problème, même avec une utilisation intensive.
