Works Great
For the price, this is a gem. Android 13, the fingerprint sensor in the power button, and smooth enough device usage, it’s great! My device had a few dimples in the screen, and slight discoloring near the edges, but I can’t complain. The phone does exactly what it’s supposed to do at a fraction of all other phone costs.

The Phone wasn’t Unlocked and I Did It Again…Stupid
The phone arrived in nice shape, and I was prepared to use my new phone. I went to insert the SIM card and the name Cricket Network came up? Now I have T-Mobile which was supposed to be supported by the phone, but it was locked to Cricket. I thought it was the seller but this seller has been so helpful in trying to help me get a refund, Amazon wants me to wait a month for a refund that they sold to me that didn’t work.Needing a phone, I took my last money for the month (I’m on a fixed income) and ordered another one hoping for the best. “How stupid could I have been”, the second one came in and the SIM card door wouldn’t even open and it was all scratched up like the last person tried to get it open and discovered they couldn’t get it open either! What the hell…..So here I go to return it too, then I found out it could take up to 30 days to get a refund for a phone that was sold as “unlocked”. Now I have to wait until next month to be able to get a phone because of their poor-quality products.Then the biggest kick in the head came when I had to return it, even though Amazon sold me the phone that I couldn’t use, they wanted me to pay $7.99 to have it picked up by UPS for the return? I don’t drive and that’s why I order through them but they didn’t care and I had to pay someone to take me to the UPS store anyway!I’ll never order another phone from Amazon!

For the price, Works perfect with my SIM
I wont say what carrier I am on for the sake of security but it wasn’t the original carrier and mine works just fine for the Sim card i put in it. I dont think it works with CDMA so if you’re on cricket or im guessing Verizon you will want to check with your provider before buying it. or the seller themselves.Sound quality was good with the reception.screen colors looks decent.utilizing hotspot seems to work really well. I’m all the way across the house and it’s a good reception.Other Pros: Nice size screen. 50mpx cam (rear) is truly decent for the price. I bought this for a family member that only uses the basic phone features but I tried it out and was impressed by the quality of it. and unlike my samsung that reduces pixel quality through firmware this was a true 50.1 megapixelsCons: I wish it had a bit more memory.not great with the refresh obviously (considering the low memory)

Fantastic bargain
It may be a 2022 model but it does Android 13, has a great camera, plenty of storage and is fast. What more do you need? Mine was supposedly refurbished but it looks brand new and the charger that came with it is awesome, complete with a display that shows voltage and amperage – very cool. You don’t need to spend $600 for a phone they does everything.

Not my favourite phone
This is definitely not my favourite phone. Its does so many things I don’t want it to and not enought of what I do want it to. Not horrible but definitely not my best phone. Maybe I don’t know the features but would I buy it again? No. It keeps putting menus I don’t ask for on top and covers features I need. It didn’t come with a book so I have to keep playing or guessing what to do. Having to go out and come back in is what I do mostly. The battery doesn’t stay long, and takes long to recharge.
