Fits Larger Phones, Stays in place, easy to mount
I had other types of phone holders for air vent that never stay in place, fall off completely, flimsy and block the air flow.This one is different. It has 2 secure ways to hold my phone. It opens wider for larger phones with covers. I like this one a lot. It mounts into vent with a hook and tightens securely, so it does not fall and it keeps my phone in place. It also allows vent air to flow through. It has a release button, so you don’t have to pull it open to take your phone out. Make sure to secure it well into the vent blade! So far, its great.

Excellent car phone holder!
I do not like the dash or window mounted car phone holders. I have been putting off getting a phone holder as I don’t like the look of people driving around with their phones “displayed” out in plain site while driving. My iPhone 14 Pro Max fits perfectly laying flat on the center counsel in my Volvo XC60 but when a call or text would come in, I couldn’t see it very well and ended up picking it up to view the call/text. So, I finally decided it was time to get something that faced me so it would be easier to answer a call or text.Today I picked up my new Miracase phone holder and installed it in less than 2 minutes. I read many reviews and most of them were very positive so I decided to order it. I am soooo glad I purchased this phone holder. It is light weight but very sturdy. Most air vents in cars are horizontal but my Volvo has vertical vents so I was a little concerned about that but it was no problem and works flawlessly. It locks in tightly and stays rigid even on rough roads.So far I am thrilled with this purchase and now I will try and talk my wife into getting the same one. This product would also be a great gift for a family member.I highly recommend this Miracase phone holder. It’s worth it and it very inexpensive!

Good but not perfect
It’s easy to connect to your car and has a nice release mechanism. However, the cellphone doesn’t attach securely to it—it’s always a bit loose. While the phone doesn’t fall, it does shake a little. Overall, it’s a decent product, just not perfect.

Works so great!
I had purchased another holder that had suction on the window or dash. It was very bulky and took up a lot of windshield visibility. I thought I would try this. It’s so awesome! SO easy to install, it fits snug into the vent. There is a knob that you turn to make the clip as long as you need to accommodate and size vent. Then you twist it to tighten.Highly recommend! Holds my iPhone with no problem, easy release button to remove phone.

Great well designed car phone holder.
I like this phone holder a lot. I needed something that has a wide and tall grip and won’t let go of the phone. This holder was very easy to install with an adjustable metal hook that attaches to the back of a vent blade. Once attached tightly it will not let go. It grips very strongly with the base tightened against at least 3 blades which forms a very stable base. The .8″ tall side grips were just what I needed since my phone with its protective case and other items is about .7″ thick. My phone and case is also about 3.5″ wide, so the 4.2 ” opening works fine. Once the phone is placed in holder just push the grips toward the phone tightly. I was able to locate it perfectly between my car power button and center display so I can still see everything clearly. I love its location. Its very easy to reach and I don’t need to take my eyes off the road. With an easy to install ball above the hook adjustment knob, it just pops into the back of the holder and then you can tighten it to your preference. It has a universal 360 deg swivel around and can swivel about 60. deg. backwards and forwards. Just push an easy to get to button on the back and the grips open slow and smoothly. The holder does not really block the vent that much since it is held about 3″ above the vent. I still feel a lot of air coming from that vent. I really don’t have any other place to mount a phone holder without interfering with something and I don’t like mounting on the windshield or dashtop. This holder will not block any view through the windshield. It was only $11 and seems really well built and holds the phone stably without any real vibrations. I am not worried about the phone falling out of the holder.

Mounting (stability) is dependent on vent rigidness.
I purchased this phone holder for traveling. I wanted something small enough to pack in my backpack and use when renting cars. What I found is the stability of the phone holder is 100% dependent on how sturdy the car vents are. My first rental this holder worked flawlessly. It held position and is easy to install and remove the phone. Another rental had flimsy vents and it made it difficult for the holder to stay in place. I have been using it for about a month in 4 different vehicles and if you have sturdy vents, this holder works great. It is easy to install, holds position well and compact enough to take with you if needed. Quality seems good and works as intended. Downside is it does restrict some access to the controls under the vent area. Not a deal breaker for me. All in all, I recommend it.

It’s decent
I’ve had this phone holder for a couple of months now. Here are the pros and cons I’ve seen:Pros:- Stays in place on the vent as long as the knob has been tightened well to fit the vent.- Adjustable in the positioning of the phone (up/down for visual ease when driving)Cons:- The side clips do not hold my phone securely. I think the mechanism is made for phones of specific widths and mine falls in between one tightness setting and another, so it’s not a firm hold.- BIGGEST ISSUE- the bottom ledge is movable, which is great if you have a larger phone and need the larger space, however, for my phone, it falls to the lowest position and when I place my phone in the holder and squeeze the side mounts in, it ALWAYS presses the off button on the side of my phone. I can push the bottom ledge up, but as I’m driving it continues to lower, which can block more air flow from the vents as well as, again, push the power button on the side of my phone.Suggestion: make the bottom ledge mount more stable either a dial tightening system or with the same function as the side mounts with a button to release on the back.
