A powerful desktop tower packed inside a tablet!
This surface is awesome! While the title says it’s 32GB RAM it’s really 64GB RAM! This bad boy is a powerhouse inside a tablet. They finally fixed the fan and heating issues that plagued older surface models. Tek-Co was extremely professional and answered any questions I had quickly. When it’s time to upgrade in 5 years or so I’d definitely shop with Tek-Go again!

Microsoft Error
I bought this expecting everything to work. Guess what? No plug and play service is installed and that means no printer can be installed, even a new one. I stayed on the phone with Microsoft for several hours going from one agent to another and they couldn’t fix it and they wouldn’t send me a CD or thumb drive with Windows 11 so I could fix it. I returned it. This is the second one I bought and had to return for the same reason. Then, Amazon sent me an email telling me that I abused the return policy. I realize both tablets were on the expensive side but to accuse me of abuse because of 2 defective expensive products is unjust and uncalled for. So, Microsoft and Amazon need to get their act together. I bought a Surface Pro 10 because it was built before the crowd strike and … it had plug and play installed. I kept it.
