Didn’t know of introductory price, which is just excellent. Easy to install. #1 Comes with VPN. Malwarbytes account had been hacked by a Chines man. I also had to pay extra for the antivirus “and” VPN. The price goes to $99 after a year. Gues what I am going to do in a year. Blessings

This is genuine McAfee software
Since Centurylink discontinued offering McAfee securiry software, I chose to continue with McAfee hiwever, the offered online McAfee subscription was very expensive and I was glad to see that Amazon is offering McAfee at greatly discounted price. I chose this vender because they mail the key rather than having it installed online. Although you can access it swiftly via online and go about your way when it’s installed successfully but if you encounter problems during installation, having the key in your hand is good gesture. I installed it on two of my computers. Since there’s no instruction on how to go about installing it on additional device, I had to go in and out of each screen to study if there is a tab or button to do this and I did figure out eventually. So, if you were unsuccessful at installing it on another device, it is allowed, up to 3 devices as they stated. It is a good practice to continuevwith their subscription to have seamless protection. I am very happy with this offer. You won’t find it cheaper anywhere else.

Just don’t – not all the functions work!
Unfortunately, my computer’s manufacturer recommended this. I’m not too pleased. The antivirus part of this runs way too slow, and I really don’t like when it “stalls”. Time for me to not only look for another antivirus product, but for a new computer… only good news is that it’s reasonably priced.UPDATE, 4/17/2024:I definitely can’t recommend this product! Now, only the “quick scan” function works in its entirety. The “full scan” either goes for about 3-3.5 hours, then stalls and I get the “it’s not you, it’s us. Please try again later” message, or it’ll scan about half of my computer’s files and just sit there! I can’t spend all day trying to do a full scan of my computer! I would usually do a full scan of my computer once a week as a proactive measure but, with this product, it’s just not feasible!I wonder if I can get my money back…

Even after I removed (old) last year’s version of McAfee, I had to try three times to install the program. It kept failing to install. I was getting messages from McAfee sending me to their web-link to buy the program from their website. On the third try it finally accepted the license number I was provided with this purchase of their product.NOTE: apparently this is NOT complete protection.I keep getting Pop-Up Warnings, or advertising messages from McAfee telling me that I need to buy additional protection. I called ask why it’s not complete protection, but I could not get an agent. I got frustrated with McAfee recorded message and Hung up the phone. I will try calling again another day.I liked last year’s version of McAfee but NOT this new version.
