The common sense approach to using LinkedIn
John Nemoâs writing style matches his linkedin teaching. Conversational, approachable and without the hype I find in most business books. His strategies are pure common sense. If you want to expand your business using LinkedIn, read this book.

A Must Read for Everyone Utilising Linkedin for Business.
I recently finished reading Linkedin Riches, and am now reading it for the second time, this time, updating my Linkedin profile as I read it. This book is very well written, well organised, and full of great humour. If you grew up in the eighties, you’ll love the trips down memory lane, and laugh at the references throughout the book.John Nemo, has completely changed the way I look at LinkedIn, and he has opened my eyes to just how powerful it can be when used correctly. All the tips and instructions in the book are clearly explained, and backed up with intelligent rationale for why things should be done a certain way. Prior to reading this book, I had no concept of just how wrong my profile was, and now equiped with more knowledge, and the benefit of hindsight, I can now see why my profile would never have worked for attracting prospective clients. The ideas and concepts discussed, are really quite simple, and somewhat obvious when you read them, but so many of us fail to implement these strategies on our own, well at least that’s been the case for me.I absolutely loved this book, because I got so much out of it. Armed with the knowledge gained from reading John’s book, I felt a real sense of confidence in what I could now do with LinkedIn, and I could now clearly see how the strategies will help me achieve what I have set out to do.Without actually saying it, the author makes the assumption that you already have a LinkedIn account, and are familiar with the basic workings of it. This is not a “LinkedIn for Beginners” book. Regardless of your knowledge, or experience on LinkedIn, I firmly believe that you will pick up some gems in this book, and you will definitely rethink how much you are leveraging the power of this platform.I unreservedly recommend this book to anyone who is serious about utilising LinkedIn to further your business development, and to attract the exact clients you are targeting. Read the book, and you will never look at Linkedin the same way again.

Leveraging LinkedIn for your business
This book is an absolute steal and provides tremendous value. From reshaping your perspective about LinkedIn, concrete examples of profile optimization, and leveraging this platform to grow your business, this book is 100% worth the investment.

This book is your shortcut to the long game of success.
This book gave me many lofty ideas and even more practical tips. Most of all, it gave me hope: Hope that I can actually get business from this thing I can access 24/7 for an investment of $0. I asked myself: How come I thought LinkedIN was just about resume-writing and job hunting?I see that some reviewers said it was mostly general sales philosophy and out-of-date advice. If youâre already in sales, this may be a re-hash for you. For those of us who have no formal training in selling something (or ourselves!), the book is chock full of actionable tips specific to LinkedIN that are clearly not being used by most people on LinkedIN. You can easily see that most people on the platform havenât used Johnâs book to create their profiles.True, there are often more examples than most people would need. But I supposed too many is better than too few.I am often irked by reviewers who expect a book to deliver something that it doesnât promise. Thatâs the case here. There are criticisms of the book not talking about tools and metrics and so forth, and I agree thatâs important. But thatâs not what the author promised. Hereâs what it says on the sales page:Discover How To Use LinkedIn For Sales, Business and Marketing, including how to:- Find New Sales Leads and Prospective Clients on LinkedIn FAST- Turn Your Existing LinkedIn Connections into Paying Clients- Make Your LinkedIn Profile a Magnet for New Business and Inbound Leads- Small Business Case Study: 6 Figures in Just 90 Days using LinkedInIn my view, the author does all of that, and more.

Easeful & Straightforward
As Iâm redirecting my focus from instagram to LinkedIn, I had no idea where to begin with making a profile or what to put about myself. My expectation was that this was going to be another âstrategyâ rooted in the latest trends, but I love Johnâs approach to scaling by going back to the basics of relationship building. Too often we want shortcuts, but we forget that we are interacting with real life human beings! Iâve taken all of the tips in this book and am really proud of my profile while feeling confident about cultivating new relationships while rekindling old ones. Thanks, John!

Excellent-Exactly As Promised
I really needed to know from the foremost expert in the field of LinkedIn for Business how to properly utilized this. Although I joined 10 years ago, I forgot that I even had it. So, now that John Nemo showed me the power of LinkedIn, I also joined his virtual mastermind group. This book and his videos are full of actionable steps which will be the difference between my law firm surviving this Pandemic and being able to take advantage of the opportunities it will create. Now, I understand it, like never before. Although other people purport to know LinkedIn, they cannot really hold a candle to him. John is an extremely passionate and knowledgeable expert and he truly really cares about helping people to help others. So he creates a win-win situation for everyone. I am excited to see what new information he provides, so I can keep on improving myself and my law firm. Thank you John. Anyone who is in business really needs to get a copy of this great book. If any book on LinkedIn is not by John, it probably is not worth getting.

Not only is this book horribly outdated, the cheesy cover should have been enough to stop me from buying it. I was curious though how a book written in 2014 could still be getting reviews on Amazon, so I assumed it must be decent. I was WRONG!The author rambles on and on and talks about himself constantly, it seems to be more of a pitch for his services. He answers absolutely NOTHING in regards what I hoped to learn such as:- What is working today on LinkedIn.- How to message people you are not already connected to.- How to create content that is effective on LinkedInIt is all fluff, no meat. There are NO step by step instructions for anything relevant.Donât waste your time reading it. John Nemo should really take this book down, it is doing a disservice to people using LinkedIn with these outdated techniques and many of the features he speaks of in LinkedIn do not even exist anymore.

.Every now and then, we come across a real G-E-M in our lives – and this is how I feel about this great book – “LinkedIN Riches” – by John Nemo.ACCOLADES – The first thing that captured my attention was the list of [highly credible] EDITORIAL REVIEWS – Wow! I would encourage you to read the praises of each one, on this book!AUDIENCE – What I truly appreciate anout this Platform (LinkedIN) is — it’s a “Business-to-Business” environmment — it’s not about posting “pictures” of family / friends / pets / recepies / hobbies, etc.LinkedIN is where some of the top Pros / CEOs / Business Consultants / Entrepreneurs hang out — where “like-minded” – busy BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS reside – to “communicate” – and “talk turkey” – with each other. Nice.DIGITAL – Let me say that – in this highly “negative” [but real] world right now [COVID-19 + the Global Climate Crisis + +] — SOCIAL MEDIA has become more critical than ever — because we now live in a D-I-G-I-T-A-L world — and, for many of us, “thankfully”, this means we are able to conduct our lives / businesses / professions / careers — in a largely VIRTUAL way — via such great platforms as >>> LINKED IN.BRAVO! – In the opening, it was pretty “impressive” to learn that the author (John) had left a highly “secure” [Union backed] job – at $120,000/yr – to go “cold turkey” – with only his Laptop + an empty Pretxel Box >>> to earning $135,000 >>> in only 90 DAYS! Obviously, he was NO “slouch”! :>)Personally, I have purchased “many” good [HOW TO] Books – and eBooks – on LinkedIN – but to me, this one was in a different space — as it not only gives us the vital BIG PICTURE — it also ‘zeros in’ on the smaller [but crucial] parts, like how to create the “right” PROFILE [including: our ‘Mug Shot’ / our Target Audience / our Benefits / our Services, etc].MARKETING – His advice on — how to Generate LEADS — how to Build Your BRAND — how to Promote Your BUSINESS — how to Target Your NETWORK [drilling down to the NICHES] — how to “increase” Your CONTACTS — how to use VIDEOS .. how to Properly CONNECT with people, via EDUCATION [and with the “right” Mindset!] — all about TRANSPARENCY / VALUE / LEVERAGE, etc — it is all priceless, in my opinion.I could go on, and on – my brief summary is only the “tip of the iceberg” …You will find a “wealth” of additional Gems in John Nemo’s masterpiece.BOTTOM LINE – This eBook is a TREASURE — it belongs in the Library of every single person who is serious about smart, professional, ONline promotion – especially in these “uncertain” times.Sincerely / Peter Arnold, CLU, CFC, CNM / Canada..

I’ve read some books about LinkedIn marketing. This is a good one with practical examples. It’s really useful, you can apply the pieces of advice, and use the examples as templates. The price is great.
