Bigger Results with Less Marketing

You keep being told to do more marketing — more complex, more aggressive, and more expensive marketing. Chasing the latest bright, shiny object is exhausting. Increased efforts keep leading to disappointment. The overwhelm for entrepreneurs, marketers, and business leaders is real. There’s a better way.

The lean movement has transformed manufacturing and is now revolutionizing marketing. Small, medium, and large businesses are getting bigger and better results with less marketing.

In this book, you’ll discover:

Why many existing marketing techniques have stopped working and what to do instead. The exact tools and tactics you need to build a devastatingly effective marketing system. How to win with a simple, structured, and systemized approach rather than failing with random acts of marketing. How to pivot from bloated, ineffective, and wasteful marketing activities to ones that compel prospects to take action. How to create a strong product-market fit so that your target market intensely desires what you have to offer. How to do marketing you’ll be proud of that works without hype, scams, or pressure. How to build a strong brand that creates goodwill and attracts ideal customers.

Lean Marketing is a follow-up to the international bestselling phenomenon, The 1-Page Marketing Plan.

Stop trying to outshout the other guy. Stop blunt-force conventional marketing tactics that annoy, interrupt, and repel. Stop wasting time with theoretical claptrap that doesn’t work in the real world. Get immediate traction by implementing lean marketing.

An exceptional marketing book peppered with spot-on wit
Lean Marketing is an invaluable guide for any business looking to grow and optimize their marketing efforts. Author Allan Dib provides a simple yet powerful framework for implementing “lean” principles to get better marketing results with less time, money, and effort. The book lays out clear, actionable steps for building an effective marketing system focused on generating leads and sales. Dib covers everything from identifying your target customer and crafting compelling offers, to leveraging content and social proof in your marketing. His direct, no-nonsense style makes the advice easy to understand and apply.Lean Marketing stands right alongside Alex Hormozi’s $100 Million Leads as one of the best modern books on practical marketing for entrepreneurs and small business owners. While $100 Million Leads provides more concrete tactics for lead generation, Lean Marketing gives the strategic blueprint for integrating those tactics into a high-performing marketing machine.I highly recommend Lean Marketing to anyone looking to grow their business. Dib’s lean methodology helped him scale and sell multiple companies, and by following his systematized approach laid out in this book, you will get more from your marketing efforts. This book delivers immense value for any skill level.

The FIRST marketing book you should buy!
If you only buy one marketing book this year this is the one! Finally someone has written a marketing book that shows small business and solo entrepreneurs how to master marketing in a way that actually works. With clear, simple and actionable concepts, Allan makes marketing easier and profitable even on a tiny budget. Combine this with his 1-Page Marketing plan book and you can build a marketing engine that grows your business and makes money. Get both books, read, highlight and use them as the powerful resources they are!

    A Fresh Take on Marketing
This is a refreshing read, even for experienced marketers like myself. The book focuses on three force multipliers—tools, assets, and processes. The multiplier approach makes it easy to follow and implement. I have read the first book of Allan Dib (1 page marketing plan) 5 years ago and this new book provides an approach from another angle which I like. Nothing felt like a repetition. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make their marketing efforts leaner.

    Buy this book now. Seriously!
Context:My background is in computing, not marketing. I bought Lean Marketing with the intention of understanding marketing at large — and for actionable insights. Lean Marketing delivers on its promise in an excellent manner!About the book (from my experience reading it):* Straight to the point. No fluff.* Well written.* Well edited.* Excellent visuals/figures/illustrations.* Provides actionable insights. I underlined many, many lines and scribbled notes in the margins. And more:In addition to delivering insightful gems, the book also delivers lines that are genuinely humorous. For instance, page 72 states that “only economists and lunatics believe that people behave rationally.” True and funny (to me). Made me chuckle. See also page 276 for another humorous line (something about professional boxing).Downside:The only “downside” to this book is the lack of an index at the end, but that is a minor matter. (An index helps readers to quickly locate specific information in a book.) That said, the overall value that Lean Marketing delivers greatly outweighs the lack of an index. In other words, reading Lean Marketing remains a 5-star experience! So, dear reader, what are you waiting for?Buy Lean Marketing now!

Great book. Must read if you are in marketing or sales.
I first was introduced to Allan by reading his ‘1-Page Marketing Plan’ book. I used his first book to simplify my own business and sent copies to friends. His concepts are simple to understand and presented in a straight forward manner. Easy to read but full of great ideas. No fluff. ‘Lean Marketing’…offers new great concepts we all need to implement. “Another winner, Allan!”

Worth Every Cent – A Must-Read for Marketers
I read Lean Marketing in digital format via Kindle, and it was worth every cent. The strategies and insights provided in this book make perfect sense and helped me take my marketing approach to the next level. I picked this up right after reading One Page Marketing, which I really enjoyed, and Lean Marketing did not disappoint. Both books are a must-read for anyone looking to enhance their marketing skills. Highly recommended!

High value follow-up to the 1 Page Marketing Plan
Allan Dib has done it again! In this book, Allan uses the principles and tools of Lean to build a highly-efficient marketing structure and processes that even I can understand! I have had the opportunity to build a 1 page marketing plan and this book expands upon those concepts to make me even more confident in my efforts! Highly recommended!

This is the second marketing book I’ve purchased from Allan Dib, and I’ve never been disappointed. Lean Marketing is one of the best marketing books available online. It really helped me understand new strategies to implement to attract more inbound leads. The value you get for such a small investment is crazy! I definitely recommend.

This book came out just in time for me to take on holiday to read while having a much needed break from running our business. I’ve only been here for a day and I’m already half way through the book! Just can’t put it down.Allan has stripped down what can be complex marketing systems and processes into some very simple, actionable steps that will get results. We’re celebrating our 10th year in business this year and the further I get into this book I realise we’ve barely even scratched the surface with our marketing activities and I want to rebuild the whole lot from the ground up!Off to read another chapter and make more notes.Highly recommended!
