Broke after one month – REVISED
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This mount worked great, and we only used it on long trips. We purchased it 5 weeks ago for a 10 hour drive, and it was very easy to install.However, when I got into my car last week, it was laying in the seat, and one of the little pieces that secured it to the headrest was laying next to it, broken off.It seems like the parts used to make this just aren’t durable enough, and I’m disappointed it didn’t last longer since we really loved this mount.I contacted customer service to see if this was a known defect with the product, but I have not received a response.2/5, because we did really like it for the month is lasted….REVISED REVIEW:The seller got in contact with me, since customer service was not responsive, and they helped replace my product for free.I am very pleased with this support and so far, the new product has not broken.

lol this thing is awesome. Weâve used it for over a year with our toddler. It can be a bit tough to remove and install, but I guess thatâs why itâs so durable! Buying a 2nd one for our other car. Works well with tablets and phones. Great fit!

Absolute cheating.As you can see, the product I received looks nothing like what was shown in the pictures on Amazon. It’s of extremely poor quality, even worse than some kid’s toys. To make matters worse, the first one I received was a damaged product, and when I returned it with great difficulty after contacting the customer care, I got the same terrible product again. I would strongly advise against buying this item. Super cheap quality and nothing like what I ordered. There are much better options available for under 600 rupees. This has been my first negative experience with Amazon, and I hope they don’t support such sellers in the future. Unfortunately, their refund policy doesn’t seem to be helpful in this case. Complete waste of money.
