Itâs just okay
I purchased this for a child, so ultimately itâs okay. But the microphone screeches no matter how far it is from the keyboard, the USB port was missing (just a hole where the USB port should be), and the speaker always sounds a little crackly. The different settings are fun though, and my kid still enjoys it. Would not purchase again, but worth keeping rather than returning.

Very Fragile.
I was very excited to buy this for my son for Christmas. He opened it immediately and as soon as he tried to plug it in, the plastic fittings holding the ports (power, headphones, and microphone) in place, snapped clean off. I took it apart to see about fixing it, but the plastic is so thin, I had no way of repairing it myself. His disappointment was immeasurable.I managed to get it plugged in briefly, and for what it’s worth: the sound isn’t bad and had it not been for the brittle plastic, this review would be very different.

Box, not inside a shipping box
The item is ok, however it was not sent in a shipping box and there was writing on the box. Not very nice looking for a gift. Box was ripped and bent.
