Time to hit the road
This book gives some great ideas and useful information for some wonderful road trips across the US. The information is to allow the traveler to select and plan for a wonder road trip adventure but it will probably need to be supplemented with another guide book or internet sites to selection food and lodging options.
Happy User –
Great trip
Highly recommend this book in helping to select a road trip and in planning it. Just returned from the âbig sky countryâ trip which was wonderful. Great investment.
inquirer –
good summary of nice trips
detailed info is dated as it can’t help but be due to changes in specifics, but the route descriptions and general information is useful for trip planning.
Amazon Customer –

Excellent resource for a Finger Lakes Trip.
I have done extensive research in planning a trip to the Finger Lakes region and have found this book to be the most clearly organized source to make the most of a very interesting and diverse area. The book is divided into individual Lakes, main lake communities, and individual categories including places to stay,, things to do (with lots of outdoor and waterfall options), Wine tours, family fun, restaurants, etc, within each area. Highly recommend!
