A Game-Changer for phone Videography

Invaluable tool!
Love having this for taking footage of all sorts of events!!! Itâs lightweight, fold up quickly and beautifully, and has a great battery life. I canât say enough how much I love this product and how easy it is to use! It performs exactly as described and intended and makes capturing footage I need extremely easy!

I found it somewhat complicated to use even after thoroughly reading the instructions and getting it set up. I don’t like that it also wants you to use an accompanying app to get the best results but its more so used for the facial tracking features rather than the stabilization itself. While the product is made out of high quality materials and feels very sturdy and stable especially in tripod mode, I don’t think this is something I would use beyond special occasions as the stabilization in my phone is good enough on its own.

This was certainly a different selfie stick compared to the ones I’ve used before.All the pieces came in a nice hard case, zippered pouch. They all fit snuggly in the foam insert on one side and a padded mesh zippered pocket on the other side.The tripod was easy to insert, quite stable, and well suited for desktop recording. It was not designed to be a floor/tall tripod, even with the selfie stick extended, it had its limitations.On fordt impression, the stick it self is quite substantial and heavy. I was not expecting the camera holder arm to swivel as much as it did when I first unfolded it. There are many knobs and buttons to figure out. Even after reading the manual, I still didn’t figure all of them out, and only identified the features I considered most suitable for my use.The selfie stick panned quite smoothly, all 360 degree. It is pretty cool, but i dont really have much use for the full panning function. It also took a panoramic picture much faster than I could when I pan the camera in my hands. The panning is a bit faster than I’d like and shifts a bit up and down when I view the image from the camera’s panoramic screen. It would’ve been nice to be able to change the speed of the panning function to keep the image within the box/frame.The brackets that held the phone is not case friendly. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. Even with the slim case, the bracket could not fit around the phone well. The brackets also covered the power/screen lock side button when the phone is placed in the bracket.I do like the one button control to change the camera from landscape to portrait mode. I also like the tilt and swivel option with the knob.I did not opt to use the app mentioned in the instruction due to some reviews that mentioned some issues.With all that said, this was a pretty fancy selfienstick overall. I was impressed by this selfie stick, but there were some limitations. I would’ve liked to have a remote option, perhaps. Controlling the selfie stick on a tripod across the room with a remote would be much more convenient.This selfie stick would require a bit more practice and adjustment on my part… it is packed nicely for travel and it suitable for taking still images, videos. However, I think my use may be limited to a few functions for now.
