What I always like in this authorâs books is her vibrant illustrations. Sometimes itâs worth having the book just to have the authorâs drawings on your bookshelf! However, as far as techniques for beginners, I wish there were more detailed explanations on how to achieve some of the effects. This will work best not for those who are looking for in depth instructions or step by step demonstrations, but for those who get inspired and are able to imitate the style and drawings that inspired them.
