Easy to use. I use this program in conjunction with Adobe Illustrator, resizes and crops easily.
This program is a BIG Thumbs Up from me! Easy to use, easy to set options. Practically no learning curve involved.

VERY simple editor
Basic, basic, basic.Well, what do you want for free?Similar to MS Paint software. If you need to add boxes or circles and maybe a bit of color, this is great.Not to many tools though. I just wanted to correct the skew and no tool for that. Oh well….

First Class Drawing Program
A years long user of Corel (me) switched to DrawPad. I am happy with the power of the code, and love using it. The price is incredibly cheap when compared with Corel. The free version is not near as good as the pro version. Recommend the latter.

Super glitchy
So I got it to use with the ugee digital drawing pad I got and it was super glitchy, freezing, crashing, not registering the digital pen accordingly. I did a Google search for a better free program and minutes later I was happily drawing on autodesk sketchbook. Save yourself the time and go for that one instead. Great program for beginners and I was able to figure out the basics without tutorials in literally minutes. It comes out exactly as if I were sketching on paper. So this one listed is also free so you have nothing to lose but time if you still want to check it out but if recommend save yourself the trouble… Nothing to see here.

DrawPad Basics
If you are looking for something basic, this is as basic as it gets. Something on par with the classic program “Paintbrush” I used in school, yet in still it can be used for basic understandings and illustrating examples for small business officials who want to “get their point across” to their fellow colleagues or boss officials. Not recommended by me, and it falls short of the name “editing” and more in the category as a visual aid, but when the word “FREE” comes to mind, who can complain? Its features can still be used to get your point across.
