Easy to follow the WHY, HOW and THEN WHAT, love the tips
If you are a busy digital leader who needs to grab the latest on DevOps, this book is for you. The authors have invested most of them in the DevOps space therefore have provided a crush course on what it is and where it’s going. What I like the most about the book is that it takes readers on the journey of first understanding why, then moving on to how, and followed by tuning and continuous improvement. This aligns with the natural progress of our DevOps reality. I also love the tips provided throughout the book. Lastly, I am happy to see that this book didn’t forget about emphasizing culture – to me that’s the most key yet invisible piece so kudos to the authors for reminding us the critical starting point.
