No issues so far.
I try to research what is good in virus and total protection for my system, and this still came up a good buy. I’m glad to have it and while I know no software if 100% virus or malware proof, this is has served it’s purpose for my use very well. I’m not recommending it because of something I find poor with the product. I think everyone should do their own research due to you knowing what you really need for your system and what you do on your computer. For me and general browsing my Mom does on line, looking up stuff for the garden, it protects beautifully. Please do your own research.

High quality malware protection product. I have been using it for few years.Real time protection and VPN are integrated . Interface is clear and easy to use.VPN works for domestic transactions.I recommend scanning Internet for the best price. As with other similiar products, longer time commitment translates into better price.

Works as advertised
The 1st license key didn’t work, but Amazon came through and fixed the issue. I’ve been using Norton for many years, but switched because Bitdefender has all the features that I actually care about, and real world testing shows the software to be more effective. It also uses less resources, so that’s a plus. I’m an IT and I purchased the 10 pack/2yr because I often need to replace outdated anti-virus software for my clients.

Seems to work well, annoying pop ups to sell even more
I got used to using Webroot which has a very small footprint and scanned very fast. Unfortunately they have not kept up after they sold to another company. BD seems to be working as intended. It does take about 10 times longer to scan and if you want to do a deep scan, plan on spending a very long time.Also, after purchase it keeps trying to sell me its VPN and other add ons I don’t want. I have a VPN thank you and I would think it would know that.I did have to call tech support after I purchased it. I had been using the free version for a month to try it out. When I couldn’t get it to add all my devices, I did the online chat. They were great, helped me quickly and efficiently.

Worst , most poorly witten piece of software I have ever had on any of my PC’s
Used one day .. Poorly written , cumbersome to accomplish most tasks .. no way to disable automatic processing of files .. auto delete or quarantine.. that’s it .. adding exceptions , is exceptionally irritating .. complete waste of money . No easy way to turn it off .. to allow you to actually do something productive .First review of any product I’ve purchased.. that should tell you something about how much I detest this software, written by a company that wants to use it to continually push your other products. One day and no option to refund my 2 year / 10 device charge.. Amazon .. how can you allow this on you platform

Product is excellent but adding subscriptions purchased through Amazon is not a smooth process.
I have had Bitdefender for a while. But my gadget number outgrew the allotted coverage. So when I saw this product covers 10 devices I was happy. No, my lovely wife would not allow me a trip to the tech store to buy. more devices. But I now had enough coverage with one product to protect what I do have.I followed the instructions and went to my Central account. Bingo, the new product showed up as it should.Since this was for 10 devices and my previous subscription was for 5 with an addition for 3 more, I thought I should be able to combine the subscriptions so I was not overlapping coverage. One would think in my many years on this earth I could get that across to Bitdefender’s customer service. No, no I could notIn fact at one point I was so frustrated I was going to cancel everything and go with another security provider. Then I tried again, but went from Customer Service to Tech Support.Strange, the Technician understood my, my request, and the reasons behind said requests.What I learned is if you buy Bitdefender through Amazon there seems to be a block to adding subscriptions together. Why I cannot say. I recall I purchased my first Bitdefender product at one of those tech stores.So, I like the product but the customer service is located in another country where combining services is a hard concept for them to understand.
