    Works well
Looks good, packaged well, and works. This worked well for the purpose intended: connecting a Mic to an Alto powered speaker which doesn’t have an EQ. This enabled a significantly increased mic volume (without adding any noise) coming out of that speaker.I would have preferred three EQ dials: low, mid and high, rather than just low and high, but it does the job fine as is.

Here’s a review worth its merit.
Tl;dr: This, and couple cheap mics would make the cheapest, best sounding beginner multi-person podcasting setup. Some knowledge required.Review:I got this thinking it would work like a traditional audio interface for my PC. Spoiler alert, it didn’t. I purchased this, a few microphones and a few scissor boom arms to make a desk podcast setup. The packaging, though generic, was really good. Simply contained the mixer, two USB cables (one to the PC [USB Type B to USB Type A], and one to power the mixer [USB Micro to USB Type A]), and a USB power brick. So I got everything setup as seen in my product photo, and tested the setup to my PC. The Line 4 will output both Lines 1-3, as well as the PC Audio on Line4. That’s terrible for recording desktop audio as there will be an echo. I worked around this by using an additional virtual mixer on my PC and used the mixer solely for collecting the Microphone audio, and output everything through my computer’s speakers/headphone jack.Microphones that don’t require phantom power are not that loud and require for you to turn the gain up a bit, leading to a slight hiss that actually comes from the mixer, not the microphones. However, powered microphones work extremely well; it’s recommended though not to mix powered microphones with unpowered microphones when the phantom (48v) power is turned on. I noticed my unpowered microphones getting slightly hotter when that happened.Overall, I think I’ll stick with this until I need to get a better low latency mixer. But for the cost, and the features it carries. It’s great!Quick summary of all the features that I don’t use regularly but works:- Bluetooth mode works really well, but can’t use the PC output at the same time.- Headphone jack works like output but gets reasonably loud. Pretty good doesn’t work well with PC Audio as outlined above.- Effects are gimmicky at best and useless at worst. Good for a local karaoke session with just the mixer and regular speaker output with the mixer.- Knob controllers are solid, sturdy and glide smoothly.Overall, again pretty good for the price! Great beginner mixer for podcasters that want to get in and have a little bit of tinkering knowledge.

    Very clean sound
The mixer is very clean sound. No added distortion. The mixer has 5 inputs and dual outputs. The outputs are XLR and 6mm phono plugs. I used the XLR output direct to my speakers. The unit is light weight. The knobs feel cheap but what do you want at this price point. You will have to experiment with the Level and Gain controls for each channel. The USB input works. You should limit the music on the stick as there is no method to jump thru folders. The USB slot had a slight issue deciding and playing FLAC files. I would recommend this mixer. I’m very pleased with its performance.

    Sounds like trash can
Wanted to connect multiple speakers with R a plug and a quarter inch with blue tooth. Blue tooth failed but I didn’t read the instructions so it could’ve been user error so I connected hard wire to rca aux in from my phone and it sounded so bad😭 it could’ve been the cable maybe it would have sound better directly through the blue tooth but it was bad. I tried to eq it💀🤣 naur bestie. The sound card was suffering. I was using studio monitors ibl 104 and a drum amp for some bass. It sounded good with spotify but sharing audio went out of sink so fast after every song. So I know the sound mixer issue bad. I guess you need a expensive mixer

    Good enough, I guess
I chose three stars instead of four due to it not fitting my needs. Not anything to do with it’s quality.I bought this mixer to connect to my Roland TD-1K electronic drum set so I could mix in music to play along and practice with. It’s good enough, but very underpowered. I wish the volume level was a bit louder. Probably has to do with the fact that it’s USB powered and not adapter powered. Probably better suited to desktop podcast type stuff. The fact that you can connect a USB drive with mp3s and play them is sorta cool, but it acts more like a shuffle playback. You have to toggle through the tracks to find the one you want to play.

Probably ok as a mixer. Not ok as a DAW input.
I’m disappointed with this product, enough to send it back.Pros: it’s cheap. If you really are trying to use it just as a mixer for live output, it probably mixes.Cons:I was hoping that each input channel of the mixer would appear on the USB interface, so that each could be recorded separately in the DAW. They don’t. You get only the stereo pair of the main outputs of the mixer on the USB interface. There’s no mute button on any channel, so that I can turn off the ones I don’t want to record. There’s no balance control, so that I can isolate my mono input to left or right of the output. I could turn down the gain or level for the channels I don’t want to record, or unplug them, but that really defeats the point of having multiple channels. I want to leave everything plugged in and set up correctly.Others mentioned that the output is also quiet. I agree, it’s quiet. On one hand, being too loud and clipping is probably worse than having your complete signal, just in a slightly smaller dynamic range. But it is quiet enough that it struggles to use the full range on the DAW, and then I have to turn other channels down for the right balance… It’s a hassle. The line-level outputs were also quiet, but that wasn’t my purpose, so I didn’t keep it that way.

Bellissimo.

Does what it says on the tin. I use mainly at home so I can DI to my stereo to save getting out my amp for keyboard practice. The Bluetooth function is especially useful so can can play along to tracks off my phone.
