Great tablet but use the right charger!
I’ve bought 2 of the ReIndoo T618 for a family member and it’s a fantastic product especially for the price point it is at. Often times either the seller and/or Amazon also offer vouchers to further reduce the cost of the tablet. Before tax, my order was under $100.The tablet is fast and responsive and works well with 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz wi-fi routers (I did not use a GSM SIM card with this tablet but it does support this feature). My family member uses the tablet mostly for Youtube and some light web browsing. I had to replace the first one due to the battery accidentally getting overcharged and eventually failing.I bought a second tablet to replace the now defective one but I chose to repurchase instead of selecting a different company because I can tell from their support team’s assistance that they do care about customer satisfaction and not just earning your money.Some reviews for this company suggest that the technical support does not assist in issues but I had excellent service from ReIndoo. First and foremost, read the MANUAL that comes with the tablet! It contains their support email. It is also only like 4 pages long.Regarding the first tablet that died, a 0.5 V / 3 Amp charger was accidentally used for some amount of time. ONLY use a 0.5 V / 2 Amp charger! The tablet does NOT support any mechanism to manage the current and the battery WILL overcharge (which will damage it). ReIndoo said they plan to change this at a later date but as of April 2024, the current model T618 cannot dampen the current.The battery life (when used with the correct charger) is pretty decent as well. For Youtube videos and light web browsing it can run for several hours without being plugged in to a constant power source.

Nice little tablet.
I bought two of these tablets, one for my wife and one for myself. I used a type cable that has the small connector on both sides to transfer data and apps on both tablets. Set up on both tablets went flawlessly, this hugely exceeded my expectations. We had absolutely no problems, our new tablets have all the apps and and data that was in our old tablets Everything Is Beautiful.The 8 GB of RAM is more than enough to move this little tablet around the internet lickety split. It opens and closes apps very snappy, and has a great deal of native storage that can be expanded with an SD card.These tablets are a great value, the modest price and the good performance make them a winner in my book. The resolution of the screen is absolutely beautiful, especially when you consider the price point. I’m becoming very fond of my new tablet and my wife is absolutely thrilled with hers.

Well, it works. I was skeptical of it being brand “tablet” on the box and just android on the back of the tablet it’s self but after popping in my metro by T-Mobile sim Im watching shows so far only gripe is the physical screen, it feels cheap in a sense like some times you gotta press with a little bit extra pressure on the occasion on top of that when swiping your finger it doesn’t slide like across screen well but quality of the picture it makes is good so far okay for the price jul-20 / (pre full set up)Will update date laterSo to give a little update I’ve figured out what was going on with the screen, you ready.. there was a protector on it 😅 it wasn’t just me that thought it was part of the device aswell others that I showed thought the same, it really takes a lot to get it off!I’ve also been putting emulators to play games as well as have downloaded and streamed many of movies and t.v. shows and at this point I most say this thing is worth the money still wired its not really a brand but it works great!

Lifetime Customer Support or a hoax?
I love this tablet. I used to be rather satisfied with it. Despite its low cost and impressive hardware specs, it has left me disappointed. It no longer connects to a mobile network, and I don’t know why. It’s not that old. I’ve tried many different SIM cards and services, but it simply won’t connect, except for emergency calls. Is it the tablet? I don’t know. The most recent update was in November 2022 for security. What’s worse, they offer lifetime customer service and a 5-year warranty, but it might take 5 years to figure out how to contact them. I have been unsuccessful and am really unhappy. I think the only option is to contact Amazon and let them handle it for me. Sigh. How disappointing.

This is a great tablet. I have 4 tablets, this one is the best by far. It’s fast, reliable, good size storage, and good ram. I don’t like her the case color, but it is nice and I bought a screen protector so it’ll look good for a long time.

Greatest tablet at this price
Charges at a decent speed,touch screen responds well,battery life is good for hours with normal use,comes with good sturdy case which is a big plus,screen resolution is a good 1080, durable,lightweightand easy to use. It works with several of my drones also. Only down side is the included screen proctorisn’t any thing worth using but hey most don’t even come with one. I never by a second one of any thing unless it is really good. Yes I bought a second one for my wife.
