Great Android Tablet
Great android tablet for the price. I use it for basic internet browsing, emails, tiktok flicks and youtube videos and it works well. It’s responsive and fast enough for by basic needs. Technology changes quickly these days, why to spend top money for a device that tomorrow is obsolete. What worker can buy a truck every four years? If you want fancy go to Apple or Samsung and spend your hard-earned dollars in features you seldom use and in products “Made in China” anyway.

Thought I would try a tablet with keyboard, mouse and pen. Everything works great and probably will be handy when I travel. Not as fast as the tablet it replaced (but almost) but half the price with lots of goodies.

The tablet does what it should. We are satisfied with that aspect. However, no where in the listing or in the box does it indicate that the included screen protector is already applied to the tablet. When you open the box there is what looks like a clear film with printed words indicating which button is which and other things. I peeled that off as you would with any new device. It wasn’t until after I did that and realized there was no screen protector in the box that the screen protector was under that film with the writing on it! I reached out to the seller asking about how to purchase a new screen protector and was told “maybe you can take tablet to retail store to find screen protector.” They couldn’t even suggest one that works so that I’m not buying a bunch hoping it fits the screen. They also told me “the protector case is hard enough” in reference to protecting the screen. It is definitely not as the case that comes with this tablet barely even stays on so I guess I’ll be trying to find a new case that might fit it as I’m sure the seller has no suggestions. The mouse and keyboard that come with it work well though. I ordered a tablet that had all of the needed accessories to avoid having to buy them separately but it seems as if I’m having to buy the most important ones (screen protector and case) separately anyways. The only reason for a 3 star review is because the tablet, key board, and mouse work as expected. It’s a shame that the rest of the items and customer service weren’t up to par. Lesson learned.
