Excellent Upgrade from PSE 2021 !!
I have been utilizing PSE 2021 and thought it was time to upgrade my Elements software. My Camera Raw tool was unable to read my RAW files from my Nikon Z6 II mirrorless camera. With the upgraded software and Camera RAW in PSE 2024 I am now able to view my RAW files effortlessly. Since three years ago, the Elements program has undergone a lot of changes, too, especially in the AI realm of tools. All my software in Topaz, On1, Luminar Neo, and JixiPix were seamlessly integrated as plug-ins as well. Downloading to the Software Library in Amazon was effortless. My computer is an iMAC 27″ with 128 megabytes of RAM and I find PSE 2024 to run fast and reliable with all my plug-ins. If you don’t use Adobe Photoshop, this software does what you need it to accomplish with your photography!!

Will not run on Apple OS 11.7 Big Sur
Uh-oh, here it goes again . . . This is the first sign that Apple is effectively sunsetting my 2015 iMac with 3.3 gHz Intel quad-core and 8 GB memory. Supposedly this computer is not powerful enough to run OS 12? Adobe is following suit and only writing software updates for the newest versions. I wonder if Adobe gets a kick-back from Apple? Seems they want me to pony up and buy a newer computer, and throw this 27-inch iMac into a landfill. It has become a subscription model, really.By the way, I wrote to Adobe and the chat representative wrote back that they would cancel my 2024 software code and send me a new code for an older version. However, I later received an e-mail that they “cannot” help me with this. “Cannot”?? They mean, will not.

Was Half Price When I Got it and Worth Every Penny.I was paying monthly for photoshop pro, but this has every feature I need in it’s advanced mode.I figured out where to find and how to import my actions from pro to elements even though it can’t create actions, it can use already created ones that I need for my website. You can get rid of creative cloud after it’s installed too, so it won’t hog your cpu. Good for Monterey/Ventura so far!

Nice improvement.
This version is designed for the M series of Apple computers. Moving from the 2022 version which was not designed for M series I’ve found it loads several times faster and is generally smoother operation. Just exploring the new features, but it is a significant improvement for my M1 Mac Mini and M1 iMac. Highly recommended.

This has been the absolute worst experience
I followed install instructions to the letter. I used the access code I was sent, no problem (well, one issue on MAC when I had to install Rosetta) Okay, I did that too. But it still wants a Serial number and for the life of me, I can not find a Serial number anywhere! This has been a huge waste of time and money.

This was a purchase for my Sister for Christmas and so far the install has been nothing but hades. She is sitting there and it giving her a readout 96000 items.I’m a pro photographer and use the monthly plan for years. Please be careful with your install. I should have gotten the CD install version for her.

Wow. Do NOT upgrade this year!
Every time I edit an image in photoshop elements it breaks the image of it in the organizer. Plus, it always says that my photos are 16 bits and it can only do the guided enhancements with 8 bit images. This is a definite DOWNGRADE from last year, and i am so upset that I bought it!
