A great player
The sound clarity of the player is very good and the volume has a great range. Maneuvering around the various options and menus is intuitive, although I wished that it had a touch screen. This is a great MP3 player and I donât want to bash it, but I did run into two problems I canât solve.(1) It is very easy to pair the MP3 player with Bluetooth headphones, but once you turn off the player, you lose the pairing. So, each time you use the player, you must go through the pairing process.(2) The external speaker worked fine â for a while. I then plugged in a pair of wired earphones and the player still sounded great. However, when I pulled the earphones out, the radio went to mute. Maybe this makes sense; you donât want the radio blaring if youâre in public. But now I canât get the player out of âmuteâ mode. It still works with the earphones but not with the external speaker. This makes no sense. I read through the manual and checked on-line, but I cannot find a reference to the âmuteâ problem. I turned the player off, raised and lower the volume, but I cannot get the external speaker to work again.Maybe I have a defective unit. Except for the above, it’s a great unit.

Good device
This mp3 player does everything I needed it for. I was specifically looking for something with a bit larger capacity and the ability to connect a aux cable to as well. This definitely checks those boxes. In addition, the battery life is great, it’s easy to navigate through, and the library is organized properly. Good inexpensive product for what I need it for!

This thing worked exactly what I wanted right out of the box
Easy to transfer my MP3/WAV files from my computer to the device … easy to create folders for specialized song sets (I suggest you don’t go the route of playlists … though I havent tried it … instead, if you want a set of a specific genre/artist, then create a separate folder for that genre/artist). It works awesome, and you can play randomly from a specific folder if you want things narrowed, I have loaded over 6 gigs of songs on this thing and it is functioning awesomely!). The bluetooth connection to my main home stereo system was also super easy to pair … it is running the tunes on my home stereo awesomely! This thing is exactly what I needed to replace the MP3 player I bought over 15 years ago (whose battery has died to the point of where you charge it for 16 hours to just get 1 hour of play time) …. This thing is awesome if all you are looking for is a music player (my case). And it has the added benefit of easy connection to bluetooth devices.

good sound but cuts in and out
like size and heavy duty, screen shows up good, but with 2 different headphones it cuts out. (bx27 and tranya t10 pro). didnt have problem with cheap oakcastle mp3 unless far away which is normal this however is in a mp3 arm band and cuts out just moving my head. Sound is nice, personally think could be louder

Great little player
I have had this player for about 2 months now and it is the best one that I have bought in the last 5 years. I liked it so much I bought a second one. I like that the buttons have a backlight and they are controllable. I also like the song randomizer, it actually plays all songs randomly, unlike the last 2 that I have purchased that were super repetitive. Another feature I really like is it has internal memory and a memory slot that you can choose which memory location to play from, because my song moods change and it is just easy to separate out different styles. Battery life has been really good as well. I listen to it at work all day and I get 4 to 5 days out of the battery. The only slight negative I have with it is the custom EQ setting, if you set it close to a max setting it distorts everything. If you keep it around center and go lower it seems to work fine, you just have to play with it a bit. Other than that, its a great little player.

Working as advertised and great fidelity
I originally reported the player was not working but it was my mistake. I had unknowingly transferred corrupted mp3 files to the Yottix. It’s working great and the headroom is most impressive. I primarily use 320 mp3 files while exercising but the flac feature is great fidelity for listening. I have apologized to the seller for my faux pas. Five stars, for real!

I haven’t used this much yet so that’s why I’m only giving it four stars, but it has potential for 5 stars. It has great storage space which was my main concern and all the features have worked correctly so far. It’s easy to use and for the money I think is a great value. I bought this to replace a Sony that started to glitch out on me after a few years. It would shut off after like 15 minutes and I had to reset it so many times the reset button no longer worked.
