Condition As Described
I was worried about what the condition of the device would be, especially with Amazon’s less than detailed descriptions for each condition, but I’d say what I received is in line with Excellent. The screen is immaculate, however there are 2 very minor scuffs on the aluminum housing, nothing bad enough to warrant a return. The seller shipped the item out quickly, unfortunately FedEx is struggling right now so it took much longer than the estimated 2-Day delivery, but this isn’t a fault of the seller nor Amazon. Overall I’m satisfied with the product, especially for the price, and I’ll be returning to this seller next time I’m looking to upgrade.Pictured is a scratch along the bottom of the camera frame, so small you probably can’t even see it.

Excellent condition and good value for a refurbished model
I bought a refurbished 256 GB model for just slightly more than the price of a new 64 GB model, and the quality of the refurbished model is very good. There were no defects/scratches, and battery health so far seems to be virtually the same as a new model.My device came in a generic box (other reviews report getting the original boxing, so it seems to vary) with 56% battery charge, and with a generic charger that sometimes doesn’t unplug as easily as an Apply charger would. However, for the amount of money I saved and for how good my refurbished model is, these are very minor inconveniences in comparison. (Just a quick note, iPads do not come with Apple Pencils. Those are sold separately, but I’ve seen other reviewers having concerns because their refurbished order did not have one included.)As for a quick review of the iPad mini itself; I really appreciate the portability and light weight. I’ve used mine so far for note taking as well as reading eBooks and watching videos. However, because of the small screen size (and a different screen ratio from other iPads), some apps can have tiny icons and/or scrunched menus. Most other apps tend to adapt perfectly fine, but just a heads up if that stuff bothers you.
