Beefy, robust and strong
A seriously beefy tablet holder/stand with 2 separate articulating ball joints that allows a lot of flexibility, with the ability to stretch more than 12 inches from the base, and with an equally beefy 4 point grip. Though all parts (except the bolts) are made of plastic, they are hard ABS plastic that are industrial to the touch and feel, with substantial weight. In particular, I like the big knobs on the side of the joints that allows for easy adjustment of the compression against the ball joints. The design makes it very easy to adjust the position of the mount. However, the mount comes with a comparatively small base, 4 screws and a host of other attachments. When mounted, the who unit feels secure, even when used with my big iPad Pro 12.9, with a heavy TPU case and a sheet of protective glass on top. Because of the double jointed design, this mount can extend your laptop to below the dash, even if the base/mounting point is above the dash. Compared to the other holder I have, this one is without question the most flexible and far-reaching mount for in-car use. That said, if you are going bigger than 11 inches, you may want to make sure the way the base is attached to your vehicle is by screw, as the glue pad isnât strong enough to deal with the combined weight of the mount as well as a big pad on it. Either, this is a solution for those who need the âmostâ industrial unit out there. Get one.

This tablet mount is the strongest I’ve used, it seems like an industrial device.With 2 separate “legs” you have the ability to use them separately, or get additional levels of adjustment.I like that the 2 halves of the clamp are molded to have a gap in the middle, which results in squeezing the ball cups especially well. There is also good texture molded in to the ball cups to ensure a steady hold.The tablet mount extends to fit thicker devices and the ball mount on the back is removable.It’s also convenient that drywall screw anchors are included.It’s not the cheapest I’ve used, but it’s one of the best.

Solid and versatile
This is a solid holder. It can be secured to just about anything with the included screws. I picked it up for my truck and mounted it to the dashboard. It holds my tablet or my phone with ease and can be adjusted to any angle you want. The holder grips solidly and locks into place. It could be used to mount on the wall, a table, a shelf, etc. and would work nicely. I am thinking of picking up another one to mount on a table to hold my tablet when playing the guitar. It’s a nice holder and a good value.

Not so heavy duty
I installed this my Peterbilt to hold my 10″ iPad 10th gen and it didn’t take long for the base to break.I don’t think that some companies understand what happens to plastic when it’s holding something as heavy as an iPad and you’re traveling through Nashville or even Michigan.The rest of the assembly seems fairly solid, but I couldn’t tell ya since the base broke first.I will be ordering an aluminum base and seeing how the rest of it holds up, so I’ll keep y’all updated.
