We’ve had Webroot on our devices for the last 9 years and just love it. I didn’t rate the tech support because we haven’t needed it. Very user friendly, straightforward setup, and easy to install and the price is right for us. We love the Utility feature that cleans up the cache and all the junk files. We’re sold on Webroot SecureAnywhere and just installed in on our new cell phone. It’s a great product!

Best Choice & MADE IN USA
I have used this software forever. It is automatic on the installation and easy to renew. I’ve never had a problem with it failing to protect me, but I also use common sense in browsing the internet. It doesn’t slow down my computer. It works in a Virtual Machine too.The most important feature on security software is that it is Made in USA if you live in the USA. This means that employees doing the programming decisions deal with the same internet security concerns that people who live in the USA, so priorities match.

Webroot Secure anywhere is a very good antivirus program which I have used for the last 15 years. This version I purchased from Amazon is much cheaper than the price Webroot offered me by auto renewal.

Iâve used Webroot for several years now and am very pleased. This is the first time that I have purchased the 2 year product for 5 devices (we have 4). It was very easy to download from Amazon. The scans are always fast and donât monopolize my PC like other brands have in the past. I have 2 negatives: The autorenewal is always at the high price which is WAY more than the price on Amazon. I canât imagine why anyone would do that when it is so easy to purchase on Amazon and download, update my Webroot account. I was able to transfer the remaining days from my prior Webroot. But when I did, it said I was set up for auto-renewal. I realized they canât really do that for me since they donât have my credit card (always purchased on Amazon). But beware if they do have your card and get caught up with the auto-renewal. You can always go to your Webroot Account, click on Subscriptions and within âManageâ column, click Options. If you have auto-renewal set up there will be an option to turn OFF auto-renewal.

Using for 5 years and no problems yet
5 years ago I decided to try this and glad I did. I’ve used the big name internet securities and I now prefer this one. I’ve always done the download and it’s quick, easy and painless.Creating an account took a few extra minutes the first time I used this but it was still painless. It takes up very little space on my laptop and doesn’t slow down anything I do while I’m on my laptop.I don’t need all the bells and whistles that the other internet securities can offer. Ive never needed to reach out to customer service so i cannot speak on that aspect. This is very simplistic and it works for my needs and it’s been more than enough to keep my computers safe even with two teenage boys in the house.I would say if you’re looking for a simple internet security that’s affordable, I would gladly recommend this. 2 years worth of coverage and able to use on 5 different computers, it’s worth a try.

INSTRUCTIONS ON ACTIVATING A NEW KEYCODE
I just wanted to add this information on how to activate a new keycode, if you already have Webroot on your computer like I do. I didn’t want to have to uninstall it and reinstall it. These instructions are from Webroot. Hope this helps people like me in the future.Please use these instructions to apply to update your SecureAnywhere software and update your subscription information:1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to “My Account.”2. Enter your keycode (do not add spaces or dashes/hyphens) in the field provided under “Activate a new keycodeâ and click “Activate.”3. If a scan starts automatically, allow the scan to complete.This should resolve all subscription problems. If you require further assistance, please let us know.
