    Great book for newbies or more advanced
    The author caught my attention right away by comparing SaaS to trains because the analogy made a ton of sense. I went through a rigorous startup accelerator (Founder’s Institute) and found that the info in this book was very accurate and in line with what we heard each week from investors. This book is also great for talking not just about how you price when you start, but how do you scale it? What are the structures you set yourself up for success with that have stability but also some room to grow? I really enjoyed the breakdown of users, customers, product in terms of an iteration of customers.This book is great for beginners, but also has valuable pricing info if you’re further along in the process but really stumped on how to set pricing.

I didn’t expect much for its price and thought it may be boring since it is an informative book, but I was wrong.
