Like new S24+
Received the phone in two days. Looked brand new and came with all the accessories of a new one. I powered it on without a SIM card and got a message saying to please insert a Verizon SIM card. I was afraid it was locked to Verizon. But when I powered it off and inserted my AT&T SIM card. It powered up and configured itself to work with AT&T. I’m glad I bought this for $646 instead of paying $999 for a new one.

Outstanding Great small business!
This phone was securely package. Came with cord and block . Was spotless. The attention to the little details matter. I had gotten the same phone from a differnt vender and after seeing honest reviews I tried again.(first phone was a nightmare and no customer service the only help being restart phone)This phone works beautiful. They have customer suport and as a customer I will do business with them again. Highly recommend!!

NOT “unlocked to all carriers”
I bought this phone as it stated that it was unlocked to all carriers. When I tried to switch to this phone, I found out it isn’t. Not to Verizon, which is what I have. Very disappointed.However, Amazon support chat was fantastic in helping me quickly. Returning phone.
