***Update:I am changing the rating up higher, due to the great Customer Service provided by the Amazon Store retailer that I bought this from, who reached out to me about the small issues I was having with this Armor Phablet, and resolved them in a really fast and timely matter.Awesome C.S provided, and high marks to him for doing this for me in getting these small issues fixed.Much appreciated!I really like the idea of having an advertised “tough and durable” tablet that is much more affordable than an Apple Ipad, and with somewhat comparable battery life.While in no way does this compare to the IPad in many ways, it’s still a decent tablet that does have some pluses to it.Pluses: Rugged and durable. It can take some rough punishment with the supplied encasing and screen protector.Battery life is pretty good. It won’t touch the IPad in terms of length of time, but it will give you about 10 hours of usage, depending on what you do with it.Much to my surprise, it comes with an internal FM chip that allows you want be able to listen to local FM radio stations without being online. That is a really nice plus for this tablet that not many other tablets- including the IPad can say.The screen is also very bright, with what looks to be roughly about 500 nits of brightness to it.The Phablet/tablet has 2 speakers that should okay and are loud enough for watching movies.Overall, a nice entry-level Phablet (Phone Tablet) that you can get for about $200 dollars to have as a spare phone/tablet, using the internal 4G Network slot from your Service provider, should you want one.

headline gives my opinion. great for a six year old worthless to me. if you need a well built paper weight or just want to web crawl something this is the one for you. battery at full charge lasted 3 hrs from full charge with son playing crazy birds. has bloatware garage in it…..sorry but unimpressed. I don’t return things but il be honest….this is not the tech i was looking for or wanted. almost radio shack product

Pretty great, except one thing.
This tablet/phone was awesome for what I needed, until the screen smashed and started falling out after I dropped it on the street. I was hoping the phone was rugged enough to handle this, but in the end didn’t turn out to be. However, it made it almost a year.. so there’s that!Performance wise, it was ok, but processing power was a bit laggy; nothing that made me unappreciative however. I would absolutely be interested in a screen replacement if Ulefone offered such a service, but otherwise — I am satisfied overall.

Difficult to give a proper review…
I would like to point out that some of the issues I will list will likely be a result of Android 13, arguably worse than previous versions of Android, and even perhaps tablet mode compared to phone mode.First, the speakers are terrible on this device. And I mean terrible. I disabled the volume boost because it made the sound impossible to make out over the distortion at ALL volumes. I have to keep the tablet at mid volume to even make out the sound, and even then it is still very tinny and scratchy.Second, little to no customization compared to prior models. Also has some bloatware and Gapps that cant be uninstalled.A bit on the heavy side for it’s size, and the battery does not seem to last any longer than my old tablet with half the battery size. I even reduced the refresh rate to minimum and it didn’t help.Finally, the power button is a bit ridgid, cutting down on false turn-ons but making it difficult to shut the screen off when mounted. I use full screen apps, so screen tap to lock is not an option.So why 4 stars? Well, that is where the negatives pretty much conclude. Everything else about the tablet is outstanding…responsiveness, screen brightness, IP and Mil-spec protections, recording audio and video, blutooth and Wifi connectivity, 4G connectivity, etc.Overall the negatives pull it down a full star, but I can still recommend the tablet.Review revision 10-3Ok, I had to remove two more stars. Either the pad is defective or is badly designed. It turns out the poor quality sound is the result of the tablet being subjected to a hot environment. I noticed that the sound dramatically improved when it cooled off. It is either a poor connection of the speaker to the board or just really cheap speakers. I cannot recommend this tablet as a result.

My primary device, a true phablet
Love this thing. Use as phone and work machine. Quite large as a phone but I’m getting used to it. Slightly laggy but not terrible. Runs all apps and has great cellular reception, battery life, and is extremely durable. Mediocre camera. A real phablet for cheap.

Cheap tablet that just works. It’s not a work horse so playing heavy games or expecting to whiz through the menus at rocket speed without a hitch isn’t going to happen.But if you need something that just works and fulfills the general use roll with a tougher body. Here you go.Pretty hard to beat for 100$
